The research divided to 2 phases, the first phase was study the current state and the desirable state of academic administrative for small schools under the secondary educational service area office 24, collected data from 250 samples working in 25 small schools consisted administrators and teachers in small schools under the secondary educational service area office 24. The second phase was to develop the guidelines of academic administrative for small schools under the secondary educational service area office 24. Key performance were administrators and teachers from 2 pilot schools and 9 luminaries for assessed the suitability and feasibility of guidelines. Descriptive statistics were used for analyzing data i.e. percentage, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p>          The results of the research revealed that : 1. Academic administrative for small schools under the secondary educational service area office 24 overall were at moderate level and the desirable state overall were at high level. 2. The guidelines of academic administrative for small schools under the secondary educational service area office 24 consisted 7 elements, 35 indicators, 48 guidelines, the guidelines’ suitability and guidelines’ feasibility both were at high levels.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Academic Journal of Mahamakut Buddhist University Roi Et Campus}, author={Khuna-ek, Treesukon and Nuangchalerm, Prasart}, year={2020}, month={May}, pages={474–489} }
