The sample group consisted of 330 teachers, administrators and teachers from pilot schools and 9 luminaries. Research instruments were questionnaire, interview and program assessment form. Statistics used to analysis data were that percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority needs index.</p> <p>         The research result were found that: 1. Learning Management using Brain Based Learning of Schools under The Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 has the current state overall was at a moderate level and the desirable state overall was at a high level. The priority needs index of learning management using Brain Based Learning of Schools under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 sorting by means the result were as follow: Conceptual Development Step, Review and Discussion Step, Knowledge Preparation Step, Design and Presentation Step and the Application Knowledge Step respectively. 2. The teacher’s learning management in Brain Based Learning program of schools under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area 3 consisted of 1) Introduction, 2) Objective, 3) Content, 4) Activity or Program Strategy, 5) Media Material and 6) Measurement and Assessment.
