The research was divided into 4 phases; Phase 1) Studying the components and indicators of student responsibility. A group of 5 experts examined the suitability of the components and indicators of student responsibility. Phase 2, Studying the current conditions and desirable condition student responsibility in opportunity expansion school, the samples consisted of 285 teachers and education personnels in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, in the academic year 2562, using multistage random sampling technique. The instrument for collecting data of the study was the questionnaire. The reliability was 0.92 and the statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Phase 3, studying of ways to strengthen student responsibility. The method was bring analysis results demand index (PNImodified) to create interview forms to study how to strengthen the responsibility of students from schools that have excellent practices in the reinforce responsibility for students (Best Practices) of 3 schools. The instrument for collecting data was interview form. Phase 4; Developing a program to reinforce responsibility for students in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, to examine the suitability and feasibility of the program to reinforce responsibility of students by 7 experts. The instrument for collecting data was the evaluation form. The statistical analysis included mean and standard deviation.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The research found that: 1. The components and indicators of student responsibility consisted of 2 elements, 24 indicators. The appropriateness of the student's responsibility component by examination of the overall expert was suitable at a high level. The appropriate level of indicators for student responsibility by examination of the overall expert was suitable at a high level. 2. The current conditions for student responsibility overall was at a medium level. The desirable condition of student responsibility overall was at the highest level. 3. The analysis results demand index (PNImodified) to reinforce responsibility for students in descending order, the self-responsibility, the social responsibility and the principle for reinforcement student accountability. 4. The program to reinforce responsibility for students in opportunity expansion school under Kalasin Primary Education Area 3, divided into 2modules consisted, Module 1; self-responsibility reinforcement, Module 2; strengthening social responsibility and assessment result of suitability and feasibility of the program in adoption by a qualified person was at a high level.</p> ER -
