Selected data from sample group were 275 persons consisted administrators teachers, community agent, and key performance were 2 pilot schools administrators and 7 luminaries to assessed the guidelines. Research instruments were questionnaire, interview, and guidelines assessment form. The statistic used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Priority needs Index (PNI<sub>modified</sub>).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The results of the research revealed that : 1. The current state of community participation in educational management for small schools under the Office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall were at low levels and the desirable state overall were at high levels. The community participation in educational management guidelines for small schools under the Office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted 3 part, part 1 was principle of guidelines part 2 was guidelines objective and part 3 was the essence of the community participation in educational management guidelines for small schools under the Office of Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The result of guidelines assessment &nbsp;were &nbsp;found that suitability assessed and possibility assessed both overall at highest levels.</p> ER -
