The sample group consisted of 263 schools administrators and teachers under Chaiyapume Provincial Administrative Organization.&nbsp; A questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale was used for data collection.&nbsp; The collected data were analyzed by using a computer program for calculating frequency, arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Coefficient.&nbsp; Regression equation was created for predicting dependent variables through Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The findings show that: 1) Academic leadership of the administrators of the schools under Chaiyapume Provincial Administrative Organization, both overall as well as by each individual aspect, were at a “high”. 2)The effectiveness of the schools under Chaiyapume Provincial Administrative Organization, both overall as well as by each individual aspect, was at a “high”. 3)The relationship between the school administrators’ academic leadership and the effectiveness of schools under Chaiyapume Provincial Administrative Organization shows a positive relationship on every aspect in which the aspect of promoting academic atmosphere shows a “high” level of relationship, whereas the aspects of managing school curriculum, the instructional supervision and the prescription of school tasks show a “moderate” level of relationship at the .01 level of statistical significance. 4)Academic leadership of the administrators of the schools under Chaiyapume Provincial Administrative Organization that affects the schools’ effectiveness includes the promotion of academic atmosphere (X1), the management of school curriculum (X4) and instructional supervision (X2), and the multiple correlation was 0.744 at the 0.744 level of statistical significance.&nbsp; The predictive power was 55.40 (R&nbsp; = 0.554). These could be expressed in an equation of un-standardized and standardized scores as:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Un-standardized score predictive indicator</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <img title="\hat{y}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\hat{y}">i=&nbsp; 2.153 + 0.145(X1) + 0.193 (X4) + 0.141 (X2)</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Standardized score predictive indicator</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <img title="\hat{Z}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\hat{Z}">yi= 0.278Zx1&nbsp; + 0.263Zx4 &nbsp;+ 0.248Zx2</p> ER -
