The sample used in this research consisted of 278 administrators and teachers by using stratified sampling methods. The instrument used in the research was 5-level rating scale questionnaire with reliability at .97. The statistics used for analyzing the data included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and needs indices.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The research findings revealed that: 1)The current situations of the promotion of PLC : professional learning community in educational institutions under the office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education, KhonKaen, in overall, were found that it was rated at a high level, 2)The needs of the promotion&nbsp; of PLC: professional learning community in educational institutions under the office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education, KhonKaen were found&nbsp; that : The aspect at the highest level was learning and professional development followed by supporting and co-leadership and values and shared vision respectively. 3)The recommendations of the promotion of PLC: professional learning community in educational institutions under the office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education, KhonKaen, were found that: (1) On aspect of supporting and co-leadership, there should be promoted on the exchange of information and decision in work together. (2) On aspect of values ​​and shared vision, school administrators should use the visions to formulate policies and projects that would be held. (3) On learning and professional development, there should be supported in research continually.</p> ER -
