The sample group used in this research was 169 of civil servant teachers, sub-district administration organization teachers, and volunteer teachers. The instrument used for data collection was a 5 rating scale. The statistical devices used for data analysis consisted of frequency, mean, standard deviation.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The results of this study found that: 1. The state of personnel administration based on the four principles of kindly treatment of school administrators on both overall and individual aspects, to stand at the ‘high’ level. 2. The comparison of the opinions of the personnel administration based on the four principles of kindly treatment of school administrators classified by gender, in personnel planning was found to show&nbsp; statistically significant at the .05 level. In the overall image and other aspects, were not different, classified by age overall and each aspect was not different, classified by educational background overall and the aspects were significantly different at the .05 level. 3. The suggestions proposed by the respondents were the following: meetings should be made to clarify policy, work planning and implementation effectively, give an opportunity to participate in the expression of opinions arrange for personnel to perform their duties appropriately and clearly. There is impartiality in arranging personnel to work, survey the training needs of personnel promote and support personnel to have the opportunity to attend training seminars to increase knowledge, and experience by focusing on the curriculum that can be used in the operation at least once a year, organizing the appropriate welfare system for personnel, checking, supervising, following up and evaluating the systematic performance, and notifying the evaluation results every time.</p> ER -
