The sample group consisted of 250 administrators and teachers and 7 luminaries to assess guideline suitability and guideline possibility. Research instruments were questionnaire, interview form, and assessment form used to assess the guideline suitability and the guideline possibility. Statistics analyzed data consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNI<sub>modified</sub>.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The research result was found that: 1. The administration management of learning based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in schools under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was show the current condition has overall and all aspects were at high levels and the desirable condition has overall and all aspects were at the highest levels. The result of priority needs index analyzed of learning administration management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1overall after sorting were 1) the objective of learning management, 2) selection of learning resources and resource and 3) setting content/learning content. 2. The guidelines of learning administration management based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in schools under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 consisted of 5 components, 30 guidelines. The results of the guideline assessment were the guideline suitability has overall at high level and the guideline possibility has overall at highest level.</p> ER -
