The research results were presented by descriptive and analytical methods. data analysis was presented using the descriptive analysis approach.</p> <p> The results of the study found that 1. The sample group included2 people of experts in Thai dance, a group of 5 students who received the role of a dance drama from Ajarn Boonnak Thantaranon, a group of 5 practitioners and 10 general informants, in a total of 22 people. The sample group was grade four students at Nikhom Sang Ton Eng Prasat 4 School, Phanom Dong Rak District. Surin Province, 18 people, using the experimental period for 4 weeks, 4 hours per week, total 16 hours. The instruments used in this study were eight lesson plans focusing on role play, pre-posttests of communicative English speaking, and students’ self-assessment form. The data were statistically analyzed by mean scores, percentage, standard deviation and t -test for dependent samples.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The result of this study indicated that: the comparison of students' English speaking skills using role play of grade four students before and after using role play after learning. Not higher than before studying. It can be argued that students' scores after studying were only slightly higher than before studying. Some of them had the same academic results as before. There were 5 students whose development scores after studying decreased. Data from observation found that the students paid little attention to the role-playing stage of the performance and were not serious about communicating in English mixed with Thai words. Moreover, there were 9 experts who assessed the suitability and feasibility of the program finding by purposive sampling. Research instruments were questionnaire, semi-structured interview and appropriateness and feasibility assessment of the program. The frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI<sub>modified</sub>) were employed to analyze data.</p> <p> The findings of this research were as follows: 1) the overall current condition of digital leadership of school administrators was in the high level. Moreover, the desirable conditions of digital leadership of school administrators was in the highest level and the priority of needs on enhancing digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kalasin was sorted in descending order including digital literacy and use, digital vision and communication and ethics digital, respectively.2) The program to enhance digital leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Kalasin consisted of 1) principle 2) objectives 3) content which divided into 3 modules : module 1 digital vision, module 2 digital literacy and use, module 3 communication and ethics digital 4) the developing principals as 70-20-10 model. The sample group of this research comprised of 135 teachers in primary school, Dusit District Office in Bangkok, in the Academic Year 2022. Instrument of this research were 7 summated rating scales with r item-total correlation .315 to .833, reliability .786 to .898. The research instrument was questionnaires which include 20 items in a 5-point rating scale format. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority needs index. Phase 2 is the design and evaluation of a competency enhancement program in communicative English learning management for teachers in the schools of welfare education in the northeast of the Office of Special Bureau. The program was created with the best practice approach from 3 master schools through interviews with 6 administrators and teachers. The program was evaluated by 5 experts selected with purposive sampling. The research instrument was an interview form was a semi-structured interview with 4 items and suitability and feasibility assessment form which include 5 items in a 5-point rating scale format. The development guideline was evaluated by 5 experts, selected from purposive sampling technique. The research tools were used in the study were an interview from and appropriateness and feasibility of the guideline. The purposive samples were 98 students studying in Sports: 42 of mathayomsuksa 4, 36 of mathayomsuksa 5, and 20 of mathayomsuksa 6. There were 6 key informants consisted of school director, vice directors, and person in charge of the project. The instruments used to collect data included questionnaire, interview form, and focus group questions. The sample consisted of 28 administrators and 299 teachers. The instrument utilized for collecting the data was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Results of the study revealed that: 1. competencies of school Principals under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was performed at a high level. When considering each aspect of competencies of school Principals, it was found that every aspect was performed at a high level. The aspects with the highest mean scores to the lowest were in terms of executive characteristics, strategic management, teamwork and leadership have the same mean and knowledge and ability. 2. Teaching efficiency of teachers under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was an overall and each aspect were at a high level. When ranking the aspects with the highest mean scores to the lowest were in terms of good interaction teacher, characteristics, morale and morale in the work have the same mean as Teacher is attitude and classroom management, respectively. 3. The competencies of school Principals and teaching efficiency of teachers under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2 had the most positive correlation, these were strategic management, followed by executive characteristics and leadership. The aspect had least positive correlation was knowledge and ability, the overall correlation coefficient was 0.50 at a moderate level to statistically significant at 0.1 level. 4. Using stepwise multiple regression, there were 5 aspects of competencies of school Principals affecting teaching efficiency of teachers under Yasothon Primary Education Service Area Office 2. These aspects were selected to form the prediction equation including; Strategic Management (X<sub>5</sub>), Teamwork (X<sub>3</sub>), and executive characteristics (X<sub>2</sub>). The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.657. It can be said that the consummative principle in the compliance with the Buddhist guideline is the consumption for the physical benefit. The good exercise of the Buddhist monks is to walk and clean up the courtyard of the temple in addition, to make the body and the mind have the rest and relaxation in accordance with the nature. To practice the Tranquility Meditation, Insight Meditation and to have the body checked should be always done including to ask for advice about the health to increase his own good health. 2) The encouragement of the Buddhist monks’ health in accordance with the principle of Buddhist teaching aims at understanding the world nature with principle of sufficient lifestyle. In this study, the packaging design was examined in two aspects: structure and graphics. The questionnaire was used to collect data from 400 respondents. Statistical analyses presented are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. </p> <p> Results showed that consumers rate a higher level of importance to brand trust than packaging design. Packaging design in terms of graphics was considered more important than structure. In addition, a consumer with a higher level of education and more experience in using environmentally friendly products is more concerned with the packaging design structure than its graphics. Also, a consumer with different average monthly incomes showed significant differences in their selection of environmentally friendly packaging regarding the product's brand trust at the 0.05 level of statistical significance. Based on this research, the recommendations are that packaging manufacturers should focus on packaging's appropriate size and weight. The research instruments were 1) a learning management plan using the 5-step knowledge-seeking model, and 2) an analytical thinking ability scale. The learning outcomes of Mathayomsuksa 5 students were conducted using a 5-step quest for knowledge. For students in Mathayomsuksa 5 with efficiency 82.38/84.92 which is higher than the criteria set 80/80 2. The results of the comparison of analytical thinking in health education subjects. For students in the Mathayomsuksa 5 of junior high school, there are scores from taking the analytical thinking test in health education subjects. The sample groups were 60 undergraduate students collecting data from pre-test and post-test scores. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test independent sample.</p> <p> The findings were most of the students were 43 female or 70 percent and 18 male students or 30 percent. Most of the students, age between 20 and 24 years old, with 22 of 24 years old or 40 percent and had a GPA between 2.00-3.40, with the mode GPA 2.50 of 26 people, or 43.40 percent. A genre-based approach was applied to the students, it was found that post-test scores were increased from the pre-test in all aspects: behavior, fluency, grammar and vocabulary, organization. The study could be divided into 2 phases as follows, the 1<sup>st</sup> phase was to study the current condition, desirable condition, and the requirement to enhance the creative leadership of 97 school administrators under Kalasin secondary educational office, chosen by stratified random sampling technique and classified by school sizes. A questionnaire was utilized as the research instrument. The 2<sup>nd</sup> phase was to develop a program to promote the creative leadership of school administrators under Kalasin secondary educational office. Best practices of 3 qualified people - obtained by a purposive sampling method -, and the program was evaluated by 5 qualified people – selected by a purposive sampling method. The research instrument consisted of interview and evaluation forms, and the suitability and probability of the promoting program of the creative leadership of school administrators. For the statistical data analysis, it comprised mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index: PNI<sub>modifled</sub>.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; For the research outcomes, it could be stated that; 1. The overall current condition of the creative leadership enhancement of school administrators under Kalasin secondary educational office was at a high level. Considering each of aspects, it was found that all the aspects were at a high level, and the highest one was visionary and ability to solve problems. Furthermore, the overall desirable condition of creative leadership development of school administrators under Kalasin secondary educational office was at the highest level. Considering each of aspects, the highest ones were individual consideration, flexibility and adaptation, visionary, and creativity; whereas the ability to solve problems for the enhancement of the creative leadership of school administrators under Kalasin secondary educational office were at a high level. The requirement to enhance the creative leadership competency could be respectively sorted from most to least, including creativity, flexibility and adaptation, visionary, individual consideration, and problem-solving competence. 2. The program to enhance the creative leadership of school administrators under Kalasin secondary educational office consisted of 1) principles, 2) purposes, 3) contents, 4) activities/development method, and 5) measurement and evaluation. Contents included 5 modules, namely the 1st module was individual consideration, the 2nd module was flexibility and adaptation, the 3rd module was visionary, the 4th module was creativity, and the 5th module was problem-solving competence. The sample of this research was 39 students who registered the subject 004 1017 Vietnamese for Communication, Mahasarakham University, semester 1/2023 which was obtained by Simple Random Sampling by using the classroom drawing method random unit. The experimental research instruments consisted of lesson plans and the Vietnamese vocabulary test.
