THE INTEGRATION OF FOOD HERITAGE WITH SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

This article discusses integrating food heritage with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To promote sustainable development, preserve cultural identity, and support local economies. It also, addressed the global challenges such as poverty reduction, environmental conservation, and social inclusion when integrating food heritage with SDGs. A food heritage is the cultural, social, and historical influence conveyed by food, and it is important to personal and community identities. It is the traditional knowledge and skill about agriculture, culinary, and biodiversity that is supported in a territory. It is noteworthy that recognition and valorization of food heritage could contribute to food security, improve livelihoods, reduce, and preserve local culture and sustainable traditional ways of food for future generations. Embedding food heritage into the SDGs therefore provides an opportunity to solve global challenges, ranging from poverty eradication to environmental conservation and social inclusion. Long-term socioeconomic opportunities include promoting indigenous crops, culinary practices, and cultural tourism for marginalized communities. Preserving food heritage supports economic development, tourism, cultural identity, and biodiversity conservation. Embracing sustainable agricultural practices with indigenous crops enhances ecosystem health and environmental sustainability. Traditional diets, rich in nutrients and healthy preparation methods, also help prevent diet-related diseases

APPLYING GOOGLE APPSHEET TO ENHANCE OFFICE PRODUCTIVITY

The application of Google AppSheet to enhance office work efficiency involves studying the use of technology to improve workflows in modern organizations. Google AppSheet is a platform that enables users to create applications without requiring programming knowledge, allowing employees to quickly and efficiently develop applications, tailored to their specific needs. This study analyzed the use of Google AppSheet in managing customer data, project tracking, and human resources management. The authors experimented with and tested the functionality of AppSheet, finding that its use significantly reduced data processing time, yielded good results, and increased work accuracy. The study identified three key factors: 1.Improving workflows by creating applications that meet specific needs; 2.Enhancing communication and collaboration through centralized data sharing and project management; and 3.Improving data management efficiency through real-time data processing and management. in the digital era where organizations must adapt quickly, is highlighted. TRAIT LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE DIGITAL ERA UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the trait leadership of schooladministrators in the digital era, 2) to compare the opinions of teachers on the trait leadership of school administrators in the digital era classified by gender, education level, position, age, work experience, and school size, and 3) to study guidelines for developments of the trait leadership of school administrators in the digital era. The
population and sample consisted of 5 administrators school, and 375 teachers. The research instruments were an interview form and a questionnaire with a content validity, IOC values, between 0.80–1.00. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and content analysis.

The results of the research were as follows: 1) the trait leadership of school administrators in the digital era was at a high level in overall, and particular aspects, 2) the opinions of teachers classified by gender, education level, position, age, work experience, and school size were not different in overall, and 3) guidelines for developments of the trait leadership of school administrators in the digital era : School administrators should promote school culture and processes, define guidelines in accordance with the school vision and strategic plan, encourage student participation in learning management, enhance school branding through various public relations, and support teachers in their self-development continuously.

LEGAL MEASURES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INVESTIGATION IN THAILAND

The main purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis to seek legal measures to develop of the efficiency of investigation in Thailand. The qualitative research will be conducted based on literature review, documentary research, and comparative studies with the Republic of the Philippines, Japan, and the Republic of France.

The research found that legal measures to improve the efficiency of investigations in Thailand include the following: 1. allowing public prosecutors to participate in investigations because, in Thailand, public prosecutors have investigative authority in only a few types of cases, unlike in other countries where public prosecutors have the
authority to investigate general criminal cases; 2. reviewing charges at the investigation stage, which should involve public prosecutors in the process of filing charges, not
just the investigation officers; and 3. empowering other state officials with investigative authority by increasing the authority of relevant state agencies and administrative
officials to conduct investigation

It is then proposed, in the research, that the Criminal Investigation Bill B.E. …. Section 8, 15(1) be amended, or alternatively that section 19/1 and section 134 bis of
the Criminal Procedure Code be added, as well as with a proposal of the revocation of Ministerial Rules on the Stipulation of Certain Types of Criminal Investigation in Other Provinces Apart from Bangkok by Administrative Inquiry Officials B.E. 2554 (2001), and the amendment of legal provisions in other related Acts to empower other agencies with the power of investigation.

ADVANCES IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN THAILAND THROUGH THE DIMENSIONS OF WELL-BEING AT WORK: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Human resource management in Thailand is an important gear that allows organizations to effectively drive through many dimensions to ensure that employees in the organization achieve good holistic well-being, according to this research article aims to collect and synthesize related literature to show the progress of human resource management in Thailand through the lens of workplace health from 2020 to 2024. A systematic literature review was conducted by collecting research articles related to Human Resource Management and Well-being, published between 2020 and 2024, from the Scopus database and the Thai Journal Citation Index Center (TCI). The framework for searching (PICO Framework) set criteria for selecting works (Inclusion Criteria) and excluding works (Exclusion Criteria). The selected works were collected using a Data Extraction Sheet and then analyzed and synthesized for use in order.

The research results found that Human Resource Management plays an important role in developing policies and measures that promote employee happiness and well-being, as well as in developing important skills. This leads to highly efficient work systems for organizational development and sustained enhancement of human resource management capabilities. Promoting employee well-being is a crucial factor that positively influences organizational performance. In the context of Thailand, various organizations strive to advance human resource management to promote progress through the dimension of workplace well-being, which includes (1) promoting physical and mental health, (2) achieving work-life balance, (3) fostering skill and knowledge development and (4) building an organizational culture that fosters well-being. STRATEGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT OF MT. QINGCHENG

Mount Qingcheng (MT. QINGCHENG) is a prominent cultural heritage site in Sichuan Province, China, notable for its contribution to the evolution of Taoism. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, it confronts the combined problem of regulating visitor influx and protecting its cultural and ecological integrity. This study seeks to examine the historical importance of Mt. Qingcheng and the contemporary sustainable practices implemented in its administration. It seeks to identify and enhance sustainable practices to better leverage the site’s cultural and natural attributes. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study utilized a combination of documentary analysis, observations, structured interviews, and focus group
discussions. Participants ranged from academics to local community leaders, providing a diverse perspective on the sustainability practices at the site. The findings highlight
Mt. Qingcheng’s pivotal role in Taoism and its recognition as a global cultural heritage landmark. However, there are significant opportunities to enhance sustainability efforts,
with potential to more fully integrate cultural elements into the site’s management practices to improve its appeal and impact. The study underscores the untapped potential for integrating sustainability with cultural heritage management at Mt. Qingcheng. By enhancing sustainable practices, the site can better preserve its cultural significance while adapting to modern tourism demands, thereby ensuring its viability and integrity for future generations.

SAN PHRANET MUNICIPALITY COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ENGAGEMENT OF THE PEOPLE SAN PHRANET, SAN SAI, CHIANG MAI

The environment context of San Phranet Subdistrict is a semi-urban, semi-rural area with a diverse mix of ethnicities, age groups, educational levels, and economic
backgrounds. Technology, especially new media, plays a significant role in influencing how information disseminated by the San Phranet Subdistrict Municipality is received
by the public

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the environmental context affecting the communication of San Phranet Subdistrict Municipality, San Sai District,
Chiang Mai Province, and 2) to study the communication strategies and patterns of San Phranet Subdistrict Municipality, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province, using qualitative research methods including in-depth interviews with a target group of 31 individuals responsible for communication strategies, budgeting, and public relations of San Phranet Subdistrict Municipality, as well as representatives of information recipients residing in the subdistrict. The research employed purposive sampling. The findings of the research are as follows: Environmental factors affecting communication to information recipients include geographical and demographic conditions, socio-cultural conditions of indigenous and migrant communities allocated in housing development and the economic conditions and occupations of the population.

Communication strategies and patterns of San Phranet Subdistrict Municipality align with policies, projects, and activities of the municipality, utilizing communication
channels such as traditional media through thought leaders and contemporary media including the press, applications, and municipal executives and staff. Attention and
collaboration among stakeholders are required to maximize communication efficiency, ensuring equal access for all groups of information recipients, disseminating useful
information, and fostering community participation in collaborative community development. The environmental context of the area, along with the diversity in ethnic
groups, gender, age, occupation, education level, and access to technology, significantly impacts public information awareness among residents of San Phranet Subdistrict.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL SKILLS TRAINING ON THREE-DIMENSIONAL GEOMETRY WITH THINK-PAIR-SHARE TECHNIQUES TO ENHANCE MATHEMATICAL LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR GRADE 6 STUDENTS

The objectives of this research were: (1) to compare the learning achievement before and after using the mathematical skill training package on three-dimensional
geometry with Think-Pair-Share techniques, and (2) to study the satisfaction of grade 6 students towards the mathematical skills training package on three-dimensional
geometry, with Think-Pair-Share techniques. The research sample comprised 38 sixth-grade students from Songwitsuksa School in Kannayao district, Bangkok, in the
second semester of the academic year 2023. The research tools used in the study were: (1) mathematical skills training package on three-dimensional geometry, (2) lesson plans on three-dimensional geometry, (3) assessment tests measuring learning achievement in three-dimensional geometry, and (4) satisfaction assessment questionnaire for
students regarding the mathematical skills training package on three-dimensional geometry with Think-Pair-Share techniques. The research was analyzed using mean,
standard deviations, and dependent sample t-tests to compare learning achievement before and after using the mathematical skills training package on three-dimensional
geometry with Think-Pair-Share techniques. The study found that (1) learning achievement using the mathematical skills training package on three-dimensional geometry with Think-Pair-Share techniques were statistically significant at the .05 level, and (2) students
expressed a high level of satisfaction with the mathematical skills training package on three-dimensional geometry with Think-Pair-Share techniques, with a mean average of 4.62 and a standard deviation of 0.48.

THE EFFECT OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING APPROACH ON SCIENCE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT FOR GRADE 6 BHUTANESE STUDENTS

The study aimed to compare science learning achievement before and after using experiential learning approach and students learning satisfaction towards experiential learning approach of grade 6 Bhutanese students. It involved 40 participants from primary school and adopted a quasi-experimental design, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Lesson plans served as interventional tools, while learning achievement tests and semi-structure interviews were used for data collection. Quantitative data were analyzed using paired sample t-test, and qualitative
data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The analysis of pretest and posttests scores revealed that the mean score of the posttest was greater than that of the pretest. The
difference was statistically significance at 0.01 level, indicating a significant increase in the posttest scores as compared to the pretest ones. Semi-structure interviews
indicated that participants demonstrated positive learning satisfaction towards science incorporating an experiential learning approach. Therefore, study recommends using
experiential learning approach as a learning strategy to improve the science learning achievement for grade 6 Bhutanese students.

THE USE OF BAR MODEL METHOD TO DEVELOP ADDITION AND SUBTRACTION WORD PROBLEM ACHIEVEMENT OF GRADE 4 BHUTANESE STUDENTS

The study aimed to compare students’ achievement before and after studying through the use of the Bar model method in enhancing grade 4 students’ achievement
in solving addition and subtraction word problems and their overall satisfaction with the method. The sample group was 30 students of mixed abilities and genders from a school in Samdrup Jongkhar, Bhutan and the research employed a clustered random sampling method. The instruments included structured lesson plans, pretest and posttest assessments, and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative analysis revealed a significant improvement of students’ achievements, with mean scores increasing from 12.13 (SD = 4.16) to 18.53 (SD = 3.09), a mean gain of 6.40, confirmed as statistically significant by a paired-sample t-test (p < .01). Qualitative data from the interview provided insights on students’ experiences, showing a positive reception towards the Bar model method. The students appreciated its role in enhancing collaborative learning and expressed a desire to continue using the method in future mathematics
lessons. The findings indicated that the Bar Model method not only significantly improved students’ problem-solving achievements but also boosted engagement and satisfaction in mathematics learning. This results provided further evidence of an overall improvement in students’ achievements in word problems related to addition and subtraction after the use of Bar Model method.

FACTORS AFFECTING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN AIRPORTS OF THAILAND

This study has three objectives: 1) to identify and analyze the factors influencing passenger satisfaction toward airports in Thailand, focusing on service quality, comfort, safety measures, and technology use; 2) to measure satisfaction across different dimensions of airport service; and 3) to propose recommendations for enhancing and
developing airport service quality to meet customer expectations. Data was collected from diverse passenger groups, including international tourists, business travelers, and domestic passengers, at both major and regional airports. The findings indicate that service quality and comfort are significant factors affecting passenger satisfaction, with high correlation values (R² = 0.65 and 0.62, respectively, p < 0.05). This study suggests that service improvements, particularly those involving technology to increase efficiency and safety, could further enhance passenger satisfaction and support Thailand’s airport
services in achieving international competitiveness.

TECHNOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SAMUT PRAKANSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

This research article aims to study the technological leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Samut Prakan and to compare the technological leadership of these administrators based on education levels, school sizes, and positions. The sample used in the research was teachers who practiced teaching in educational institutions affiliated to the Samut Prakan Secondary Education Area Office. From the launch of Cohen's ready-made program, a sample size of 333 teachers. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Index of Item Objective Congruence was between 0.60-1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.98. Statistical analyses included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA. If significant differences were found at the .05 level, pairwise comparisons of means were made using Scheffé’s post hoc comparison method.

Findings are as follows. The overall technological leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Samut Prakan was rated as high. The Comparison of teachers' opinions on the technological leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area of Samut Prakan, classified by educational level and size of the school. When comparing all pairs, no differences were found. Academic positions were found to be significantly different overall and in each area at a statistical level of 05

GUIDELINES ON INTRODUCTION OF COERCIVE MEASURES OF MEDIATION IN CIVIL DISPUTES IN THAILAND

The main objective of this research is to find out guidelines on the introduction of the coercive measures of mediation in civil disputes in Thailand. It is qualitative research by conducting documentary research and studying the comparison between the law of Thailand and the laws of the United States of America and Canada.

According to the study, in the United States of America and Canadian Confederation, there is the coercive mediation in civil disputes by forcing the parties to go through the process of mediation in the disputes before filing a lawsuit to a law court. As for Thailand, there is no law to force the parties to go through the process of mediation before filing a lawsuit. According to the research outcome, in Thailand, the parties should be forced to go through the process of mediation in civil disputes before filing a lawsuit in the same way as those in the foreign countries. This process of mediation will provide the parties with an opportunity to have a discussion on a solution to the problem through an intermediary. If the parties are not forced to go through the process of mediation in the disputes, they are likely to refuse to go through the process of mediation, resulting that there is less chance to settle the disputes, and there will be a great number of lawsuits to be filed to a law court.

This research has a suggestion that Section 20 ter of the Civil Procedure Code should be amended in order that the parties must go through the mediation in the disputes before filing a lawsuit to a law court

COMMUNICATION INNOVATION THROUGH EXPERIENCE FOR FOOD CULTURE CONSERVATION: A CASE STUDY “TASTE OF MON LEGEND” ACTIVITY AT KHLONG SAM WA COMMUNITY

This research aimed to study the development of communication innovation through experience in the "Taste of Mon Legend" activity for preserving local Mon food culture in Khlong Sam Wa community and evaluate the effectiveness of this communication innovation in creating awareness and recognition of Mon local food values. The study employed participatory action research, collecting data from two key informant groups: five representatives from the Mon Khlong Sam Wa community and 85 participants in the "Taste of Mon Legend" activity.

The findings revealed that the communication innovation development emphasized integrating direct experiences through local food tasting, such as traditional sticky rice desserts and Mon pounded rice cakes, along with learning about cultural dress through Mon shoulder cloths. The evaluation indicated that over 90 percent of participants demonstrated high levels of recognition of local food values, particularly in cultural and local wisdom aspects. Additionally, the integration of research with teaching and learning, by involving students in producing public relations materials, helped expand awareness and instill recognition of food cultural heritage among the younger generation

Research results overall, teachers' perspectives on the ethical leadership of school administrators are at the highest level honesty, responsibility, justice, trust, respect, respectively.
