Multi-stage sampling technique and Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) were used. The research results were found as following; 1) The confirmatory model was found to be decently harmonious according to empirical data with CMIN/DF = 2.638, GFI = 0.954, AGFI = 0.900, CFI = 0.981, RMR = 0.017 and RMSEA = 0.059. 2) Work Engagement was in influenced by Organizational Justice and Job Demands with β = 0.612 and β =0.286, respectively. Organizational Citizenship Behavior was influenced by Job Demands with β = 0.652. Organization Behavior were indirectly affected by Job Demands, Job Resources and Organizational Justice through Work Engagement with β = 0.012, β = 0.002 and β = -0.026 respectively. The objective is to study the effects of the Buddhist physical and mental development program on the holistic health of students in the Faculty of Nursing, Eastern Asia University. Population is 4 year Bachelor of Nursing Science students, including 79 freshman nursing students, 90 second-year nursing students, 112 third-year nursing students, 98 fourth-year nursing students and 1 year nursing assistant certificate program 125 people are students in the Faculty of Nursing, Eastern Asia University, a total of 504 students by calculating the sample using the formula of Yamane (1973), resulting in a sample size of 399 people. After that were collected by using the Smart Pulse tool (Smart pulse) measured at the tip of each student's left finger, taking 1 minute each, and using the stress assessment form (ST5) of the Department of Mental Health to assess along with it. The data were then analyzed with the SPSS program by using t-test statistics. The research finding were as follows: 1) The sample group before the experiment had an average stress level measured with a Smart Pulse machine equal to 47.60. The average result stress assessment with ST5 was 5.81. 2). The population used in this research is 400 Thai consumers who have used <em>café</em> business services in Bangkok. The tools employed for data collection are questionnaires, data analysis and data description, consisting of frequency values, percentage, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The objectives of this research are (1) to study the level of the sample's ability to use Chinese antonyms (2) to study the Chinese antonyms that the sample uses most frequently and least frequently (3) to find ways to develop the sample group’s ability to use Chinese antonyms even further. The sample group is Second year English major Students from Faculty of Liberal Arts and Management Sciences Ku.csc. who chose to study Chinese as an elective subject 50 people and chosen by using a specific sample selection method. The research instrument is a knowledge of Chinese antonyms, the measurement test which is collected and analyzed by using basic statistics. The results of the research found that (1) 58% of 29 people passed the specified criteria but 42% of 21 people, did not pass. The is 22.48 (75%), which does not pass the specified criteria. The S.D. is +-4.93 considered an acceptable criterion (2) the top 5 Chinese antonyms usually used by the sample groups were “来/去”, “买/卖”, “吃/吐”, “快/慢”, And the word “好/坏”.
