Development of Effective Administrative Work: a Case Study Office of Kanchanaburi Buddhist College

Abstract

      The research study on the development of effective administrative work: a case study office of Kanchanaburi Buddhist College. The objectives were to 1) study the condition of administrative administration of Kanchanaburi Buddhist College in the field of administrative administration and problems in administrative work; 2) to study and find ways to improve the efficiency of administrative administration of Kanchanaburi Buddhist College. This study was mixed method research conducted with a total of 20 sample representatives. Survey questionnaires given to the samples were employed for data collection. Additionally, Statistics such as frequency, percentage, average, and Standard Deviation (SD) were applied for data analysis
