Abstract

           This research is quantitative research. The example used is School administrators and teachers of primary schools Bangkoknoi District Office under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, academic year 2021, totaling 136 people. The researcher's sampling selection was obtained by opening the ready-made table of Krejcie and Morgan (Krejcie & Morgan), after which the researcher performed a simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling). To find the proportion of administrators and teachers in each school. In this research, the research tool was a 5-point estimating scale questionnaire with a confidence level of 0.93 for the whole issue before analyzing the data, including frequency, percentage, standard deviation.
