Abstract

          The concept and theory related to systems is a learning design process. The learning design process in the 21st century believes that the best learning occurs when learners don't feel like they are studying. It should be learning where they choose the problems themselves, something they find enjoyable and challenging. This process is divided into three main parts:

          Setting Learning Objectives: These should be considered based on the learners' true selves, preferences, and strengths, rather than forcing them to follow a rigid curriculum. If the learning objectives haven't been identified, learners should ask themselves what kind of person they want to become and what topics interest them today. When people learn what they truly want to learn, they naturally develop the motivation and determination to push themselves forward.

          Learning Process: In this digital age, people have a significant advantage because modern technology has transformed lives and provided numerous learning opportunities. The key challenge is designing how to use these technologies most effectively for the learners while creating an appropriate learning environment and encouraging hands-on experience for continuous growth.

          Learning Evaluation: The final step is evaluation, which no longer involves traditional exams. Instead, it assesses learners through projects or works that reflect their understanding of what they've learned, or through discussions that allow learners to reflect on what they've gained from the learning process.
