The researcher was therefore interested in the research on academic administration to develop learning achievement of primary schools. This research is quantitative research. The example used is School administrators and teachers of primary schools Bangkoknoi District Office under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, academic year 2021, totaling 136 people. The researcher's sampling selection was obtained by opening the ready-made table of Krejcie and Morgan (Krejcie & Morgan), after which the researcher performed a simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling). To find the proportion of administrators and teachers in each school. In this research, the research tool was a 5-point estimating scale questionnaire with a confidence level of 0.93 for the whole issue before analyzing the data, including frequency, percentage, standard deviation.

The results of the research were as follows: 1) Academic administration to develop learning achievement of primary schools. Bangkoknoi District Office Bangkok Overall, the level of practice was at a high level (x ̅ = 4.12). Curriculum development (x ̅ = 4.46), followed by measurement and evaluation of academic performance (x ̅ = 4.43), executive management and academic work (x ̅ = 4.24), learning development (x ̅ = 4.23). teaching management (x ̅ = 4.17), educational quality assurance (x ̅ = 4.09), classroom research (x ̅ = 3.97), teaching supervision (x ̅ = 3.94), innovative media development and educational technology (x ̅ = 3.85), academic promotion and environment ( x ̅ = 3.80), respectively. Responsibility For Vocational Education Students in the Central Region: A Case Study of Kewalin Business Administration Technological College

Research is research and development. The population used in the research were vocational students in the central region. Academic year 2021 - 2022. The sample used in the research were students from Kewalin College of Business Administration Technology. The vocational certificate level, 1st - 3rd year and the 1st - 2nd year diploma level, 5 rooms in total, 82 people were obtained by selecting a purposive sampling. The tools used in the research were: It is an open-ended questionnaire. to use the development of moral and ethical systems of responsibility For vocational students in the central region: a case study of Kewalin College of Business Administration Technology, divided into 5 sections, 27 questions.

The results of the study were as follows:

1. A study of opinions on the moral and ethical development system in terms of responsibility For vocational students in the central region: a case study of Kewalin Business Administration Technological College. Overall, it was found that moral and ethical development in terms of self-responsibility Family Responsibility Social Responsibility at a high level when considering side by side Students are diligent and study hard. Students know the duties and responsibilities of the family. and students behave according to the law rules and regulations of society at the highest level.
2. A study of the need for the moral and ethical development system Responsibility For Vocational Education Students in the Central Region: A Case Study of Kewalin Business Administration Technological College. Overall, it was found that it was at a high level. Students try to complete their assigned tasks until they achieve their goals. Ready to help when others request or see that help is needed.
