Each business leader will have the different responsibility strategies. However, under the concept of socially responsible leadership, there are four different responsibility strategies that business leaders may use to demonstrate responsibility and implement corporate social responsibility including traditional economist strategy, opportunity seeker strategy, integrator strategy and idealist strategy.
