The data gathered from the replied questionnaires by the 165 employees of the company  indicate that the 3 factors of 1) relationship between coworkers, supervisors, and subordinates, 2) characteristics of works, and 3) work environment and atmosphere have positive influence with employee’s organizational commitment.
