Eighty students from Business Administration Faculty, Huachiew Chalermprakiat University were population of this study, who enrolled in EC1003 (Microeconomics) in 2011. Questionnaires included the students’ attitude towards traditional teaching methods and that of cooperative learning approaches utilizing Student Teams Achievement Divisions Techniques (STAD). The statistical analysis exercised Spearman Correlation Coefficient and Standard Deviation procedures The findings reveal that “STAD” students showed significantly improved pre and post test scores. Not only that they possessed a more positive attitude, they also were more ready and eager to attend classes and did not mind taking the pre and pro examinations. However, some of the students sampled still missed sitting among their close friends prompted a few to cut classes. Naturally, several objected to taking the tests day in and day out. All and all though, the study clearly shows that once the Cooperative Learning Methods employing Student Teams Achievement Divisions Techniques (STAD) are put in place, the learning outcome appears to be more satisfactory with the learners attaining higher marks.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Business Review Journal}, author={รัตนวิไล รุ่งฤดี}, year={2013}, month={Jun.}, pages={41–54} }
