The sample was 168 hospital management students, faculty of public<br>and environmental health, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in academic year 2018 and<br>was selected by using the stratified random sampling according to gender and year. Data were<br>obtained by using questionnaire. The study was conducted between August and December<br>2018. Statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,<br>Chi-Square test and Spearman’s rank correlation analysis.<br>The finding revealed that the level of transformational leadership of<br>hospital management students were in a high level (–x=4.10, SD=0.56). In each part<br>consists of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intelligence stimulation, and individualized consideration were in a high level. Leadership factors found that birth order<br>was related to the transformational leadership of students at statistical significance 0.05.<br>Emotional intelligence, self-confidence, human relation have a positive relationship with<br>the transformational leadership of students at statistical significance 0.05. However, it was<br>found that gender, age, year of study, grade point average were not significant related to the<br>transformational leadership of student. Subordinate factors found that the ability to work and the<br>attention to work have a positive relationship with transformational leadership of students<br>at statistical significance 0.05.
