This study collected data from 547 samples comprises of Snakeskin Gourami farmers fish farming from the upstream to sellers and relevant persons at the downstream by using survey form, questionnaires, interview and focus group. Statistically analyzed by using mean, percentage, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of this research founded that Snakeskin Gourami fish comprised of 9 primary activities and 5 Supporting activities and in value chain and the creating value to upgrade Snakeskin Gourami at upstream supply chain was napier grass farming with high rate of return 1:2.29, in midstream highest value chain to upgrade was dry Snakeskin Gourami with high rate of return 1:1.15 according to consumption’s behavior and downstream online distributed channel was highest value chain rate if return &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1:1.20 . Besides the important factors which influence to upgrade highest value chain from Gourami fish leftover were salted roe, Gourami fish head and fishbone in Snakeskin Gourami fish supply chain.</p> ER -
