The study of adaptation of factory operators 105 and 106 in Thailand for solid waste management in the Covid-19 epidemic. The data from the Department of Pollution Control found that in the year 2021, there were 2.5 million tons of waste generated. It decreased by 1 percent from 2020. The reduced amount of waste is affected by the government policy that controls the entry-exit tourists to Thailand. The decrease in tourists has reduced the amount of waste. By sense, domestic solid waste should be reduced, in fact Working from Home policy causes the increasing of plastic waste from the higher number of consumptions during domestic lock-down In general, whether hazardous waste from the community, general waste, or infectious waste, all of these are major contributors to pollution and environmental problems. Therefore, waste sorting is another method in the waste management process. This makes it easier for the amount of waste to be sorted and passed on to the correct disposal process.

Strategies to Tackle the Problem of Minimum Capital by Foreign Investors in 10 Special Economic Zones (SEZs) of Thailand: A Study in the Problem of Minimum Capital Faced by Chinese Investors under the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999)

In 2014, the Thai Government had developed the Special Economic Zones (SEZs) where 10 border provinces, it aimed to collaborate CLMV (i.e., Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam). In addition to those nations, China was another key investor in the eyes of Thai government. Notwithstanding, the Foreign Business Act B.E.2542 (FBA) is still problematic in the sense of legal enforcement. In the SEZs, for the example, Chinese investors still has some obstacles in bringing or sending “minimum capital” into Thailand. For this reason, the authors analyzed the problems of Chinese investors based on the “minimum capital” issue under the FBA.

From the study, Chinese investors are not privileged to extend the period of bringing the group of CLMV investors into Thailand. Since they are not foreign businessmen who come from countries that have investment promotion treaties between Thailand and foreigners in accordance with Section 10 of the FBA. As a result, the article was analyzed the pattern of legal problems and strategies for such requirement should have been reconsidered in flavor the equitable treatment for foreign investors.

Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Frontline Employees of Hotels in Thailand

This research attempts to study the structural equation model of Service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (SOCB) of frontline employee of hotel in Thailand which registered to The Thai Hotels Association (THA). They are comprised of 748 hotels which located on 4 main regions of Thailand. The amount respondents of this research are 452. The structural equation model (SEM) is a quantitative method applied to be the methodology of data analysis. Trust, perceived support, self-perception, and attitude are proposed to be independent variables. Leader-member exchange (LMX) proposed to be mediating variable. They are three objective of research 1. To initiate the predicted model for SOCB 2. To study the level of effects of psychological factor towards SOCB

The finding indicates that LMX mediates only the causal relationship between perceived support and SOCB. LMX not mediate the causal relationship between trust, attitude and self-perception and SOCB.

BCG Model and Sustainable Development for Community Enterprises: A Case Study of Sustainable Safety Rice Farmers Community Enterprise, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province

This article was written from the result of the research “Sustainable Development Model for Community Enterprises: A Case Study of Sustainable Safety Rice Farmers Community Enterprise, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province” which aimed to study the implementation of green development model or BCG model and the result of sustainability on their rice planting and to find the relationship between them. The data was collected from all group members by using a semi-structured interview and the questionnaires. It found that:

The Farmers implemented the Green Economy Development Model or BCG model in their rice planting at a high level. The green economy activities implementation had the highest average performance, followed by circular economy activities and green economic activities, which resulted in the sustainability of the community enterprise group in general at a high level as well in which economic sustainability had the highest mean, followed by environmental sustainability and social sustainability. The implementation of the Green Economic Development Model (BCG) and the sustainability of the farmer community was a statistically significant correlation at the 0.01 level with a correlation value of 0.590

This research of purpose was to develop and check the consistency the relationship
structure, of the structural equation model of variables that effect to development of labor
workforce the elderly rice farmers in Phitsanulok Province. This study was the quantitative
research, The data was collected from 220 executives and supervisors and employees of
government organizations in Phitsanulok. The results of the study found that management
process and performance of government organizations effect to development of labor
workforce the elderly rice farmers in Phitsanulok province, by the management process has
influenced on development of labor workforce the elderly (Coef.) = .935, management
process has influenced on performance organizations (Coef.) = .579 and performance
organizations has influenced on development of labor workforce the elderly (Coef.) = .070.
According to the Goodness of Fit Measure, it was found the model fit at Chi-square = 2.252, df = 30, p-value = .068, CMIN/DF = 1.408, GFI = .968, CFI = .996, AGFI = .929,
NFI = .985 and RMSEA = .043 Which all variables were able to development of labor workforce
the elderly with 95.4 percent (R2 = 0.954)

Factors Impacting Entrepreneurial Intention of University Liberal Arts Students in Sichuan, China

The purpose of this study is to investigate the key factors that have significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention of liberal arts students under new liberal arts program. The conceptual framework proposes Entrepreneurship Education, Personal Attitudes, Perceived Behavioral Control, Subjective Norms, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Entrepreneurial Creativity and Entrepreneurial Intention as the factors for the study. A quantitative research method was adopted by collecting data through questionnaires distribution (N=600). Multi-stage sampling technique of probabilistic and non-probabilistic sampling was used to reach a representative sample of liberal arts students in Xihua University. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation model (SEM) were used for data analysis to affirm reliability and validity of measurement model, model fitness, and research hypotheses testing. The results revealed that Personal Attitude, Perceived Behavioral Control, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, and Entrepreneurial Creativity have significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention of liberal arts students. Entrepreneurship Education can effectively enhance students' Personal Attitude, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy. Therefore, this leads to the suggestion to carry out an effective reform of entrepreneurship education by combining both technical know-how and activity-based teaching of entrepreneurship. This can build the university student’s abilities, confidence, and favorable attitude toward entrepreneurship, which ultimately leads to entrepreneurial intention.

Attitude and Acceptance to using of Application in Online Learning during the Pandemic of Covid-19 of Students of Bangkok University

This research had the objective to study factor influencing attitude in online learning through an application of students of Bangkok University and to study factors affecting acceptance in online learning through application of students of Bangkok University. The sample group used in the research were the total of 400 people. The guidelines in analyzing the data were quantitative research methodology by using a questionnaire as a tool in collecting the data of students in bachelor’s degree of Bangkok University. The statistics in analyzing the data were finding percentage and standard deviation and F-test (ANOVA). The study result was that most of them were female at the age of 18-20 years old studying in bachelor’s degree level, 2nd year, faculty of digital media and movies art and had the income lower than 10,000 baht. Opinion to attitude of using of application in online study of students of Bangkok University in the overall picture was at a high level. The students saw that sharing the display of learning materials would help students to see the overall picture of the studying content very well. This had the highest means. As for opinion to acceptance of using applicants in online studying of students of Bangkok University in the overall picture was at an average level. The students saw that using of applications in online studying enabled students to choose any study place. This had the highest level. The hypothesis test, which was consistent with the objective No 1 and 2 , it was found that students of Bangkok University with different sexes had attitude and acceptance to using of applications in online learning that was not different. As for students of Bangkok University with the age, education level, studying faculty, studying year and monthly income that were different had attitude and acceptance to using of application in online learning that was different.

A Study of the Requirements of Thailand's Automotive Parts Industry for the Use of Technology Internet of Things

The automotive industry is one of the main industries in Thailand that has been
continuously promoted by the government since the 2nd National Economic and Social
Development Plan. The commitment to improve competitiveness towards sustainability is of
great importance in keeping with the concept of Industry 4.0 development and future
technological changes. Accordingly, this exploratory research explores the factors that
influence the application of the Internet of Things embedded in the management of
automotive parts manufacturing, which consist of 5 main factors are Connectivity,
Telepresence, Intelligence, Security, and Value, and 15 sub-factors. The case study was the
comparative analysis of the importance of factors using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for
calculating the weighted importance of Internet of Things factors for the management of
automotive parts manufacturing. The questionnaire was answered by 88 respondents using
Snowball Sampling. The main factor of Telepresence was found to be the most important
and the second factor was Controlling. Next comes the Connectivity factor, the secondary
factor is Compatibility. The third major factor is Value, the second is Convenience. Analysis
results can guide a better decision-making process

Impact of Value Perceptions on Purchase Intentions of Luxury Handbags in Thailand

This research aims to investigate the impact of value perceptionson purchase intentions of the Thai’s luxury handbags with three purposes. The first objective aims to study the impact of social value
perceptions on purchase intentions of luxury handbags. The second objective aims to assess the impact of personal value perceptions on purchase intentions of luxury handbag. The third objective aims to investigate the impact of Functional value perceptions on purchase intentions of luxury handbags.
Sample size of this research were 223 samples and have purchased and utilized of luxury handbags. The questionnaire was distributed online based on convenience basis and have one screening question. Structural equation model (SEM) was developed to analyze the results of the research.
The results from conceptual model by SEM shown that goodness-to-fit (GIF) indices in the structural equation model were significantly accepted with CMIN/DF = 1.388, RMR = 0.034, GFI = 0.906, TLI = 0.965, IFI = 0.970 and CFI = 0.970. Therefore, the three hypotheses are accepted. Consequently, social value perceptions significantly influence purchase intentions. Personal value perceptions significantly influenced purchase intentions. Lastly, functional value perceptions insignificantly have impact on purchase intentions of luxury handbag.

Guidelines for Enhancing Self-development of Registered Nurses, Hua-Hin Hospital, Hua-Hin District, Prachup Khiri Khun Province

The objectives of this study were: (1) the level of professional nurses' self-development in Hua Hin, (2) the motivating factors affecting the self-development of the professional nurses of Hua Hin Hospital, and (3) the guidelines for promoting the self-development of the professional nurses of Hua Hin Hospital. The sample consisted of 138 professional nurses at Hua Hin Hospital and eight key informants. Data were treated and analyzed using descriptive and Inferential Statistics methods, which were frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Research results: (1) Self-development of professional nurses in Hua Hin Hospital overall and each aspect. There was a high level of development. (2) Motivational factors for advancement in work and the nature of the work performed. There was a cause-effect relationship with the self-development of professional nurses in Hua Hin Hospital. statistically significant at the 0.001 level, the aspect of acceptance and responsibility was statistically significant at 0.01. (3) Guidelines for promoting self-development of professional nurses found that personnel was encouraged to attend education., Encourage training in the use of innovation and new information technology during work. or self-learning through various media.

Factors Influencing Promotion of Support Personnel at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan

This research aims to 1) exaine the factors influencing the promotion of support personnel, 2) study the relationship between these factors, and 3) explore the factors that directly and indirectly influence promotion. The sample group consisted of 400 civil servants and employees in higher education institutions from all the four of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The instrument was a questionnaire to collect and analyze the data. The results demonstrated that: 1) the factors influencing the promotion of support personnel included competency, operational efficiency, and performance motivation, 2) regarding the relationship between the factors influencing the promotion of support personnel, all the variables were found to be related, and 3) competency and performance motivation had a direct influence on performance and performance motivation and an indirect influence on performance efficiency

A Guideline for Designing a Space for Working from Home

Working-from-home behavior tends to persist even though the pandemic situation has improved, and this new working behavior still has many obstacles. As a result, this research aims to explore those obstacles and workers’ expectations of their working area and to provide a guideline for designing working areas within a house to overcome those obstacles. Therefore, this research employs a qualitative approach by interviewing workers who have experience working from home and architects who have experience designing working areas for their customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The results reveal the primary obstacles, including being distracted, unbalanced life, and uncomfortable working environments (i.e., inadequate illuminance, hot weather, higher
expenses, unstable network connection). These obstacles cause workers to expect their working areas in seven dimensions. In addition, to deal with those obstacles and expectations, our design guideline suggests twelve steps grouped into four phases.

Causal Model of Factors Influencing the Business Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bangkok Metropolitan Region

The objective of the study was to 1) examine the congruence between the empirical data and a causal model of the factors affecting the implementation of SMEs in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region; 2) study the direct, indirect, and total effects of the factors on the
implementation of SMEs in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, and 3) develop a causal model of the factors affecting the implementation of SMEs in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The
researcher used a quantitative research method in which a questionnaire was used for the
collection of the data. The validity of the instrument tested by Cronbach’s alpha = 0.953, representing high reliability. Therefore, 250 sets of the questionnaire were used for collecting the data from SME entrepreneurs in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural causal relationship analysis. Additionally, the entrepreneur’s characteristics and marketing orientation directly and positively affected the business performance. However, innovation, marketing
orientation, and the entrepreneur’s characteristics were useful to SMEs for creating a competitive advantage in business groups in order to achieve long-term advantages of success over competitors.

Factors Affecting Environmentally Friendly Purchasing Behavior of Kasetsart University Students

The purpose of this research was to study the factors affecting the environmentally friendly purchasing behavior of students in Kasetsart University. Data were collected from 1,192 students by questionnaires. Statistical used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the factors influencing environmentally friendly purchasing behavior of students in Kasetsart University were environmental concern, social influence: society, university and friends, green marketing: place, and green products knowledge which could jointly predict the
environmentally friendly purchasing behavior up to 27.9 percent at the .05 significance level.
And all of these variables have a positive influence environmentally friendly buying behavior.

The Impact of Digital Transformation on Employee Satisfaction at Zhanjiang Cigarette Factory

The purpose of study is to determine the impact of enterprise digital transformation on employee job satisfaction. Based on the quantitative research method, the appropriate factors of digital transformation and job satisfaction were used to set up the appropriate factors and test them to seek the relationship. The sampling group were 260 employees of Zhanjiang Cigarette Factory in China surveyed by online questionnaire. The multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the relationship between digital transformation and various factors of employee job satisfaction were investigated and tested the hypothesis. Our results show that the digital transformation of top management and technological innovation have significant positive effects on all factors of employee job satisfaction. In addition, the “marital status” and “age” showed a significant impact on employees' work environment and employees' work-life balance, respectively. These finding indicated that enterprise digital transformation has a correlation to the employee job satisfaction.

Comparative Study on The Experiences of the Inclusive and Precise Poverty Alleviation in People’s Republic of China and the Comprehensive and Precise Poverty Alleviation in Thailand

The People’s Republic of China (PRC) has achieved remarkable succeed at eradicating poverty with targeted poverty alleviation approach in 2020. This research project has objective to study on poverty redemption of PRC, to search for the use of science, technology and innovation for poverty redemption of PRC that could be applied to Thai poverty alleviation. Research sites for the study were Guangxi-Zhuang Autonomous Region with three provinces—Baise, Guilin and Yulin—were purposive sampling as research samples. The results of the study showed that the Targeted Poverty Alleviation of PRC has focused on poor household approval and targeted poverty reduction with comprehensive poverty redemption projects that have been focused on industrial production approach and modern trade and strategy of four lateral party collaboration including government, educational institutes, communities, and private sector, to transfer technologies and innovation to production systems of the poor, to build the capacity of the poor and to push them to value chain.

This research study involves with food packaging in terms of environmental decisionmaking intentions and the behavior of consumers towards selecting food packaging. To provide information for SMEs to increase the value of their products and to satisfy customers’ needs. This
research is quantitative research. The researcher created the questionnaire based on a literature
review. Purposive sampling technique was used according to the researcher's objectives. Google
form was used to and the questionnaire was sent it through social media groups related to food
ordering. There were 434 completed questionnaires for data analysis. Descriptive statistics were
used to describe the nature of the data. Multiple regression and Pearson correlation were used
to test hypotheses. Awareness of environmental responsibility, opinions about environmental
packaging, psychological factors social values, and surrounding situations that have affected on
intention to use environmental packaging were found to be significant at the 0.05 level. Intention to use environmental packaging has a positive relation to expressive behavior to make decisions using environmental packaging was found to be significant at the 0.05 level.

Value of Statistical Life through Studying Willingness to Pay

This research study aims to assess the value of statistical life and examine the factors influencing the willingness to pay for emergency medical services within an 8-minute timeframe, utilizing the Contingent Valuation Method employing the double-bounded dichotomous choice format. Statistical estimation methods, such as Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) with a sample group comprising 400 individuals. The findings reveal that significant factors affecting the willingness to pay within the sample group include household income, occupation, history of emergency accidents, general accidents, and the number of children and elderly dependents within the family. The average willingness to pay for emergency medical services within 8 minutes is determined to be 530.63 Baht per occurrence, with the statistical value of life estimated at approximately 4.2 million Baht per person.
