This study highlights the benefits of applying Grit in human resource management to help workers gain the resillience mindset to cope with shocks and urgent changes in the the culture and surrondings. The study utilized a survey of quality of life, happiness, and organizational engagement of 25,867 employees and employ confirmatary factor analysis to construct Grit from relevant indicators. Binary logistic regression was also analyzed to test the influence of factor related to work-life, financial and family impacts. The finding showed that the proportion of sample who experience the financial impact was higher than that of work-life and family. Grit would significantly lower the impact on work-life, financial, and family. Moreover, demographic factors and job characteristics also play the crucial role on the negative impacts of Covid-19. Younger generations like generation Z (OR=1.39) and generation Y (OR=1.84) were more likely to have the financial impact than that of the older generation, Baby Boomer. Low-income workers were more likely to experience the negative impact on work-life, financial, and family during the Covid-19 pandemic.
2025-06-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/bkkthon/article/view/279198Development of Village Waterworks Management Process: A Case Study of Village Waterworks Ban Kluai Subdistrict, Chai Nat Province2025-02-20T15:24:34+07:00Panitanun PanployRawisuda.tess@bkkthon.ac.thSanti Termphon Rawisuda.tess@bkkthon.ac.thRawisuda TesmuangRawisuda.tes@bkkthon.ac.th
This research had the following objectives 1) To develop a management process for village water supply systems: A case study of the village water supply system in Ban Kluai Subdistrict, Chainat Province. 2) To compare the outcomes of the management process before and after system implementation: A case study of the village water supply system in Ban Kluai Subdistrict, Chainat Province. 3) To apply the research findings toward creating a model for an efficient village water supply management system in Ban Kluai Subdistrict, Chainat Province. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, with a purposive sampling method selecting a sample of 98 temple administrators and committee members. The research instrument demonstrated a reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s Alpha) of 0.943. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, along with multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 0.05. The findings revealed that the application of managerial accounting was at a high level (x̅ = 3.86). Among the factors contributing to operational efficiency, goal achievement had the highest mean score (x̅ = 3.88). The multiple regression analysis indicated that managerial accounting management concepts, impact analysis on value creation, and the development of stakeholder confidence had a significantly positive effect on the operational success of temples in the Bang Kapi district.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/bkkthon/article/view/279957Ceramic Glaze Innovation: Elevating Local Materials from the Mun River Basin to Creative Works and Product Development2025-03-27T12:35:55+07:00Nopanan Baliseenopananba@gmail.com
This research aims to (1) study the history of Mun River Basin clay and ceramic glazes, (2) analyze and synthesize information for the experimental development of ceramic glaze formulas from Mun River Basin clay, and (3) develop a ceramic glaze from Mun River Basin clay that is suitable for creative works and product design. The research was conducted systematically through planning, literature review, experimentation, data collection, analysis, and synthesis. Despite the potential of cyanotype as an educational medium, there is still a lack of clear application guidelines, especially in integrating the technique with digital photography. Therefore, this study seeks to bridge traditional cyanotype techniques with modern technology to enhance both theoretical and practical learning in the context of contemporary digital education.

The analysis results found that the guidelines for creating cyanotype prints from digital negative photographs consist on three key principles: (1) preparing and adjusting negative images suitable for cyanotype printing; (2) preparing materials and chemicals for printing to be applied to the surface of paper or materials used for printing, including the use of sunlight or UV light to print images; (3) experimenting and adjusting techniques using cyanotype techniques and improving the process, such as exposure time, thickness of chemical coating, and working with high-resolution images or using special techniques. These three steps are the basics for creating cyanotype prints from negative photographs. These principles can lead to the development of teaching on cyanotype printmaking techniques from negative photographs effectively.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/bkkthon/article/view/281472Enhancing human resource management efficiency for internal organizational operations2025-05-31T22:37:07+07:00Nuttaporn Prangngamplenglys076498@gmail.comkantkamont Naksrisunglys076498@gmail.comKitti Rungsupjaroenlys076498@gmail.comChonlatorn Yaowaphankullys076498@gmail.com
The researcher aim to study the relationship between human resource management and operational efficiency. While extensive research has been conducted on pilot and crew error, there is limited attention on how cultural factors influence passenger preparedness and response, especially in the Asian context. This study examines the influence of two key factors: (1) identifying the factors that influence the survival of Asian passengers during an emergency, and (2) studying how Hofstede’s cultural framework enables airlines to communicate safety protocols to Asian passengers during flight effectively. Using document analysis, comparative case studies, regulatory analysis, accident case studies, academic articles, research, psychological theory, and the synthesis of Hofstede’s cultural framework, this research identifies key behavioral tendencies that affect evacuation effectiveness and compliance with airline safety procedures. The outcome demonstrates that current airline communication practices often lack cultural sensitivity, relying on Western-centric models that may be misaligned with the values and expectations of Asian travelers. These constraints can hinder emergency responses when passengers misinterpret or fail to internalize critical safety instructions. This study proposes culturally adaptive airline safety guidelines tailored for Asian passengers, incorporating clear, authoritative, and culturally resonant messaging. The recommendations emphasize the importance of multimodal communication, culturally familiar symbols, and crew training on cross-cultural nuances. By bridging the communication gap between safety protocols and passenger behavior, this study contributes to the growing body of research on aviation safety, cross-cultural policy, and emergency preparedness. The outcomes aim to assist regulators and airline operators in a more inclusive and effective safety culture in Asia's rapidly expanding air travel markets.
2025-06-22T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025
