There were 3 steps, step 1 : was the study of the current situations and desirable situation of the supervision. The sample group was 313 people by stratified random sampling. The research instruments use were questionnaire. Step 2 : was the development of supervision model and to check theoretical reasonable with all 5 experts by questionnaire theoretical reasonable. Step : 3 was the evaluation results of model. The sample group was 3 schools. The research instruments use were quiz, performance assessment form, and satisfaction assessment form were used for data collection. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and PNI<sub>modified</sub> </p> <p>The research findings were as follows: 1) The current situation was generally at a moderate level and desirable situation was at a highest level. The priority needs was plan. 2) C-PORIR Model were (1) principle (2) objectives (3) process and (4) success condition. The model on the whole was theoretical reasonable and possible was at a highest level. 3) The evaluation results of gained higher knowledge score on the whole, skill assessment score on the whole, were higher than before, as well as the overall satisfaction score was at a highest level.</p> Jantraporn Suksawat Yanisa Boonchit Jirasak Saekhow Copyright (c) 2024 Chiang Rai Rajabhat University https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-03-26 2024-03-26 17 1 1 16 A Model of Development of Competence in Learning Management of Teachers to Enhance Reading Literacy under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Educational Service Area Office https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/crrugds_ejournal/article/view/270602 <p> The objectives of this research and development are to 1) study the current condition, condition expected of competence in learning management, 2) develop the competence in learning management model, and 3) examine the effectiveness of the competence in learning management model of teachers to enhance reading literacy under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, there were 3 phases of this research: Phase 1, studying the condition, condition expected of competence in learning management of teachers. The sample group were 329 participants consisted of school administrator and teachers in school. The tool used is questionnaire to study current conditions and the expected state of competence in learning management of teachers with the confidence value was 0.97. Phase 2, develop the competence in learning management model check suitability by in-depth interviews with 7 experts using a content validity check form. Phase 3, check the effectiveness of the competence in learning management model of teachers. The sample group was 40 people by simple random sampling. The tool used is learning management competencies performance checklist. The confidence value was 0.96. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p>The research findings were as follows: 1) the current state of the competence in learning management overall was moderate. The expected state of the competence in learning management overall was at a high level. 2) The competence in learning management model consists of 6 components as follows: (1) Principles (2) Objectives (3) Inputs (4) Methods Implementation (5) Output and (6) Success Condition of the model. 3) Results of validating the competence in learning management model, namely appropriateness, feasibility and usefulness found that the efficiency of the model overall was at a high level and the efficiency of the model manual overall was at the highest level.</p> Nattaphat Tiasi Jirasak Saekhow Yanisa Boonchit Copyright (c) 2024 Chiang Rai Rajabhat University https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-03-26 2024-03-26 17 1 17 29 The Effects of Green Accounting Implementation on Operational Success of Listed Companies in The Stock Exchange of Thailand https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/crrugds_ejournal/article/view/270568 <p> This research aims to study the effect of green accounting implementation on environmental accounting strategies, environmental activities, environmental information reporting, and accounting measurement and evaluation of impacts affecting operational success of the listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The study uses a questionnaire to collect data from a population of 817 listed companies, with 166 responses received from accounting directors and managers.</p> <p> The findings indicate that green accounting implementation on environmental accounting strategies, environmental activities and accounting measurement and evaluation of impacts positively influence the operational success of listed companies in Thailand, with significant statistical implications. However, environmental information reporting does not show a significant statistical impact. Research a sample of 400 former, with a specific random sample, used a questionnaire as a tool, and subjected to data analysis with the basic statistical methods, Percentage, Mean and Standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested with multiple regression analysis statistics. </p> <p> The research results found the attitudes that affect purchasing decisions regarding environmentally-friendly products in consumers in Lampang Province is Responding, Personal Beliefs, Trends on Behavior and Experience but Receiving does not affect purchasing decisions regarding environmentally-friendly products in consumers in Lampang, having a statistical significance of 0.05. Results of a study of online content marketing communications that affect purchasing decisions regarding environmentally-friendly products in consumers in Lampang is Convince Content, Entertain Content and Inspire Content but Educate Content does not affect purchasing decisions regarding environmentally-friendly products in consumers in Lampang Province, having a statistical significance of 0.05. The research was divided into 3 phases: 1) to study the components of proactive leadership of school administrator, 2) to study the relationship between the proactive leadership of administrators the effectiveness of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon, and 3) to study ways to develop proactive leadership of administrators affecting the effectiveness of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon.</p> <p><strong> </strong>The study of the components of proactive leadership of school administrator, it was found that there are five components: 1) independent will, 2) self-awareness, 3) imagination, 4) critical thinking, and 5) work planning. Proactive leadership level of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon was at a high level. As for school effectiveness under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon was at the highest level. Proactive leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakon Nakhon and school effectiveness had a high level of positive correlation.
