Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 243 employees. The sample consisted of employees who held a bachelor's degree and were working in the operations level at Terminal A0-A5 in Laem Chabang Port, Chon, Buri Province. A proportional stratified sampling was used by considering the number of employees in each company. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, skewness, kurtosis, standard deviation, correlation, and structural equation modeling analysis. The results of the study found that the levels of transformational leadership, employer branding, and employee performance all averaged at 4.15 to 4.23, indicating that they are all perceived at high levels. According to the analysis of the structural equation model, it was found that transformational leadership has a positive influence on employer branding where development value and attractiveness value are the main components of employee branding. Employer branding also has a positive influence on employee performance with a significance level of 0.05.</p> ER -
