<p><strong>เรียนผู้นิพนธ์ทุกท่าน <br /></strong>กรณีที่ท่านส่งบทความเข้ามาในระบบวารสารการบริหารปกครอง ขอให้<strong><em>ท่านรับรองบทความของท่านด้วยว่า ไม่มีการคัดลอกผลงาน</em> </strong>ถ้าวารสารฯ ตรวจเจอในภายหลังหรือ ได้รับข้อร้องเรียนในบทความของท่าน วารสารจะดำเนินการตรวจสอบและดำเนินการถอดถอนบทความดังกล่าว โดยยึดแนวทางการถอดถอนบทความตามที่ ศูนย์ TCI ได้วาง<br /><br /><strong>แนวทางไว้ แนวทางการดำเนินการถอดถอน (Retracted) บทความในวารสาร</strong> ดังนี้</p> <p><strong style="font-size: 0.875rem;"> 1. คาดลายน้ำ (Watermark)</strong><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;"> คำว่า “Retracted” หรือ “Retracted Article” ลงบนทุกหน้าของบทความ</span></p> <p><strong style="font-size: 0.875rem;"> 2. ระบุข้อความ</strong><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">เพิ่มเติมลงในเมตาดาต้า (Metadata) คำว่า </span><strong style="font-size: 0.875rem;">“[Retracted Article]” หน้าชื่อของบทความ</strong><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;">ที่ถูกถอดถอน</span></p> <p><em style="font-size: 0.875rem;"><strong> 3. และ/หรือ</strong></em><span style="font-size: 0.875rem;"> ให้เหตุผลการถอดถอนบทความที่บทคัดย่อของบทความ</span></p> <p><strong>สำหรับการดำเนินการกับบทความที่ถูกถอดถอน TCI</strong> มีแนวทางการปฏิบัติ ดังนี้<br /><em><strong>(แนวทางดังกล่าวเป็นเพียงข้อแนะนำจากศูนย์ TCI ซึ่งท่านสามารถปรับใช้ได้ตามสมควร)</strong></em></p> <ol> <li>ทำหนังสือแจ้งกลับมายังศูนย์ TCI ทางอีเมล <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> เพื่อที่ทางศูนย์ TCI ดำเนินการแก้ไขข้อมูลบทความดังกล่าวในฐานข้อมูล TCI ต่อไป</li> <li>ทำหนังสืออย่างเป็นทางการแจ้งผู้บังคับบัญชาสูงสุดของหน่วยงานของเจ้าของบทความ</li> <li>งดรับพิจารณาบทความของผู้เขียนคนดังกล่าวเป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี</li> </ol> <p>นอกจากนี้ ในกรณีที่ท่านดำเนินการ<strong>ลบบทความออกจากฉบับที่เผยแพร่</strong>ไปแล้วนั้น ศูนย์ TCI ขอความกรุณาจากท่าน นำบทความดังกล่าว (ที่คงคำว่า “[Retracted Article]” หน้าชื่อของบทความและคาดลายน้ำ (Watermark) คำว่า “Retracted” ลงบนทุกหน้าของบทความแล้วนั้น) <strong>นำกลับขึ้นเผยแพร่ดังเดิม</strong> เพื่อคงไว้ซึ่งความต่อเนื่องของเลขหน้าและรักษาความสมบูรณ์ของฉบับ</p> <p>ที่มา: https://tci-thailand.org/?p=10916</p>
