The article is composed based on the information from the teaching plans (TQF.3), digital media for teaching, documents, textbooks, and related academic articles.</p> <p>The researchers found that a package of computer software was applied as the teaching and learning method through the information system during the epidemic situation of Covid-19 in the 1<sup>st</sup> semester of 2020 Academic year. The lessons were divided into 30 hours with 5 hours of self-studying. The teachers also applied two main instructional methods including theoretical session and practical session. The assessment and evaluation were divided into three dimensions which were (1) Cognitive Domain assessed by discussion, presentation and written exam, (2) Affective Domain assessed by class attendance and study behavior, and (3) Psychomotor domain assessed by practical exam, presentation and performances (using VDO presentations and online discussions).
