The objectives of this study were to study the pluralities of Thai massage and spa in each region of Thailand. Then the souvenir products were designed and the prototype was prepared from the pluralities of Thai massage and spa in accordance with health tourism to convey the value of pluralities. The process started with collecting secondary data, knowledge and related pluralities, primary data and observation of Thai spa and massage. After that, the pluralities were analyzed and classified in order to establish the design specification. Finally, the souvenir products were designed and the prototype was prepared.<br>The results provided the knowledge on pluralities in relevant context which could be divided into 2 parts as 1) pluralities of Thai traditional medicine consisted of concrete and abstract which selected from 4 aspects including Thai medicine identity related to causes of disease or hypothesis of disease, the four elements of human such as earth, water, air and fire which were highly abstract and required symbols including spur (Chalew) and infantry cap insignia (Unalom). The identity of Thai pharmacy was tangible such as pharmacological object, pharmaceutical properties and group of materia medica by using Thai medicine pot with spur and herbal leaf shape. For the identity of Thai midwife, there was a combination of concrete and abstract such as mother and baby, salt pot which represented warmth and protection. The identity of Thai massage were concrete such as massage poses for neck, chest and shoulder, Thai herbal hot compress ball and paintings of massage spots in Wat Pho, Thai hermit exercises. 2) The pluralities of local area in each region which were selected from distinctive identity with the potential to apply in designing souvenir products for health tourism. These included the identity of health tourism in Northern Thailand such as Yam-Kang, tapping line or hammer massage and Ched-Haek which the distinctive image was Lanna arts and culture. The identity of health tourism in Northeast Thailand included Thai midwife, interdiction which the distinctive image was ancient paintings at Pha Taem National Park. The identity of health tourism in Central Thailand included hermit traditional exercise, inscription on wall showing massage points and wisdom of Thai massage which the distinctive was Thai traditional painting. The identity of health tourism in Eastern Thailand was mixed with the Western Thailand and the massage poses were in accordance with Central Thailand which the distinctive image was handicraft basketwork. The identity of health tourism in Southern Thailand included Manora massage and hot seashell massage which the distinctive image was Andaman Sea. After that, the designing concept of health tourism logo in each region was proposed and the designing concept of souvenir products which were compact and functional with the original design and logo was proposed.</p> ER -
