The participants of the study are 93 elementary school teachers divided into two groups which are 1) 31 teachers and educational personnel teaching visual arts at the elementary schools and 2) 62 teacher trainee and educational personnel. There are three main research instruments which are 1) training tools including learning management activities and drawing and painting activities 2) the tools used to monitor training results include online social networks and electronic mail, and 3) the tools used to study the effectiveness of learning management, including creative arts activities with drawing and painting techniques and performance grading criteria analyze data with percentages and content analysis.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;The results of the research revealed that 1) the competency in creative learning management art using integrated drawing and painting techniques in the elementary school level with content validity was certified by the Kurupatana institute. 2) Teachers can design learning management and creative art using integrated drawing and painting techniques and have creative skills using drawing and painting techniques, and 3) when teachers apply knowledge ability gained from training to organize activities for students. They are can create works using drawing and painting techniques.</p> ER -
