This research was survey research. The sample was 376 of employees in 4-5 stars hotels in Pattaya, Chonburi. A questionnaire was used as a tool for gathering data. Statistical analysis included the percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis was applied.</p> <p>The results; level of employee engagement of 4-5 star hotels in Pattaya Chonburi found that the engagement in all 5 areas, including willingness and dedication to work for the organization. Pride of being a part of the organization, the need to maintain membership of the organization, loyalty to the organization and the sacrifice for the organization are high level, factors affecting the organizational commitment of 4-5 star hotel staffs in Pattaya Chonburi found that interpersonal relationships (colleagues and supervisors), quality of work life (working environment and balance between work life and other aspects of life) and work (pride in work, variety of jobs and job challenges) positively correlate with organizational commitment.</p> <p>The researcher then concluded and design guidelines for promoting organizational engagement as follows: “3C + BEVP” which consists of Colleague, Commander, Challenge, Work Balance, Work Environment, Variety and Pride. The researcher proposed guidelines.
