In this quantitative research, the data were collected from 400 elderly in Bangkok. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Standard Deviation, One – Way ANOVA.</p><p>This research revealed that majority of the elderly in Bangkok were females, aged 60-69, Holding a bachelor’s degree, married, Working for private business with an average monthly income of 40,001 – 50,000 baht. The majority of consume behavior of homemade bakery of the elderly in Bangkok were most of them buy homemade bakery from department store, the top choices of homemade bakery was cake. The cause of choosing homemade bakery was deliciousness. The occasion of buying homemade bakery of elderly in Bangkok was for themselves. The timing of buying homemade bakery of elderly in Bangkok was 12.01 p.m. – 18.00 p.m. The majority of decision to choose homemade bakery products in terms of the products of the elderly in Bangkok were most of them required warranties, value, convenience, respectively.</p><p>By testing the hypothesis, it was found that the general information of different types such as gender, age, education, status, occupation and average monthly income Result in the decision to choose bakery products of the elderly in Bangkok differently. And bakery consume behavior of elderly in Bangkok different resulting in the decision to choose bakery products of the elderly in Bangkok differently.</p> ER -
