This research was mix-method research. The quantitative data were collected by using questionnaires from students who had registered to study in the subject of agricultural extension and development major in the year 2020 which had the population of bachelor degree students of 232 students. The sample size of 147 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05. For the students in master degree and doctorate degree levels, the study was done on the entire population with the total number of 176 people and 15 people, respectively. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics.</p> <p> The results of the study found out that 1) students in bachelor, master, and doctorate levels had the average age of 34.56,34.29, and 37.26 years old, respectively. Their average income was 182,219.82, 270,760.00, and 484,230.77 Baht/year, respectively. The expense from transportation to the STOU prior to the new normal was averagely 2,092.68, 8,950.93, and 17,371.43 Baht/year, respectively. The average frequency in receiving of the information about long distance learning was 8.09, 10.50, and 12.09 time/year, respectively. The duration for distance learning of the bachelor degree students was 09.01-12.00 AM. Regarding the master degree students and doctorate degree students, the duration was between 18.01-20.00 PM. The equipment used for distance learning in the new normal era revealed that, overall, at the highest level were such as smartphones (for connecting to the internet)and Line group application from students. 2) The readiness of students in new normal distance learning, overall, of bachelor, master, and doctorate students, was at the high level in all 8 aspects such as (1) the openness to the learning opportunity; (2) optimism; (3) the keen to learn; (4) the conceptualization in being effective learner; (5) the responsibility toward learning; (6) the learning initiation; (7) the ability to adopt basic skill in the study to solve the problems; and (8)creativity. (2) Develop the pronunciation ability of Chinese pronunciation (pinyin) for first-year students who have registered for Chinese listening and speaking courses, the sample group consisted of 34 first-year students in the Chinese language department, First semester academic year 2022 in Chandrakasem Rajabhat University. This research divided the measurement into three steps: Step 1 pre-test. Step 2: Learners have studied Chinese for 1 month. Results are measured from the sub-test. Step 3: Measure results from midterm exams.</p> <p> The results of the study found that: (1) Problems in pronouncing consonant groups. The students did not read the consonants z c s and zh ch sh clearly. The pronunciation of z c s and p t k q c ch was incorrect because the pronunciation was not correct according to Chinese pronunciation principles. In the vowel group, the students were unable to pronounce ou uo clearly due to confusion in the consonant word ou ou and uo uo due to confusion in pronunciation, while iɑ, ie have quite similar sounds. In addition, the students mispronounced u because some students did not pronounce it correctly according to the principles of pronunciation as well, because the vowels u and ü in Chinese are written in two forms and are reduced, causing students to be confused and pronounce them alternately. Tone Students Most of them have problems with changing the 3rd tone and soft tones incorrectly because students do not remember the rules for changing tones. (2) Achievement before and after studying found that the achievement after studying has an average of 26.38, which is higher than before. The study was conducted by a quantitative method with questionnaires distribution and data collection. The samples of the study were 220 personnel of the Office of the National Water Resources. Statistics was used in the analysis, such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test, One - Way ANOVA, Fisher’s Least Significance Difference : LSD, and Pearson Correlation, at the 0.05 level of significance.</p> <p> The results of the study revealed that most of personnel of the Office of the National Water Resources indicated that the organization development to the government 4.0 with high level (= 3.86, S.D. = 0.56). The results of the study found, although different factors of every personnel, such as gender, age, education level and type of position, different opinions on organization development to the government 4.0 are not found according to the assumptions. However, personnel who have different time for working have different opinions on organization development to the government 4.0, which does not follow the assumption. Moreover, that factors of theoretical concepts of Stringer (2002), totaling 6 areas,6 dimensions, consisting of organizational structure, work standards, responsibility, acceptance, aspect, support, and commitment. The sample groups include: There were Administrators, and teachers Charity schools of Buddhist temples, Lampang Province in a total sample of 127 persons and Simple Random Sampling was performed comparing the proportions according to the population size of each school. The instruments used are questionnaire and a 5-level rating scale. The Index of Item Objective Congruence value in the aspect of technological leadership was 0.966. and the aspect of Teachers' work Effectiveness was 0.970. The sample of 34 students in the controlled group and 29 students in the experimental group were drawn from the population of 63 students studying in Grade 12<sup>th</sup> during the first semester of 2023 academic year in Guanghua School, Rayong Province. The research instruments consisted of (1) Spatial Metaverse technology which was applied and integrated into the instruction of Thai classical dance on the topic of Thai Drama Evolution; (2) 40 items of multiple-choice assessment instrument to assess students’ learning achievement after having learned the subject of Thai classical dance on the topic of Thai Drama Evolution; and (3) 10 items of satisfaction assessment form to assess students’ satisfactory level towards the instruction using Spatial Metaverse technology in the subject of Thai classical dance on the topic of Thai Drama Evolution. These organs, located in the oral and throat cavities, are collectively engaged in processes such as respiration, ingestion, mastication, swallowing, speaking, and singing. Since singers employ their bodies as musical instruments to produce vocal sounds encompassing vocal strength, resonance clarity, and melodic fluidity. The research design used was vocal exercises earlier developed by Duangjai Thewtong.</p> <p> The outcomes of the research are 5 innovative vocal exercises designed for the elderly to promote holistic well-being of both physical and mental health.
