A total of 746 secondary school principals were selected using a stratified random sampling technique. From an initial sample of 960, 767 questionnaires were returned, of which 746 were valid and usable for data analysis. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.

The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between knowledge-sharing behavior (KS), self-leadership (SL), and IWB (p = 0.01). However, the organizational innovation climate (OIC) showed a negative effect on IWB, while creative self-efficacy (CSE) had no significant impact—contradicting the findings of previous research.

This study provides guidelines for school principals to foster IWB through the enhancement of self-leadership by encouraging greater staff engagement in innovation-related strategies to address emerging challenges. Principals should be self-motivated and self-directed in developing their innovative capacities. At the same time, promoting performance-based reward systems can stimulate creative idea generation and strengthen a culture of knowledge-sharing across all areas of school management. A supportive OIC—cultivated through effective communication and interpersonal interaction—can improve work efficiency and encourage more innovative behaviors among executive teachers, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational innovation goals
Suphanat Siri-aisoon Setthaphongsakorn, Witoon Thacha Copyright (c) 2025 Saeng-Isan Academic Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsi/article/view/279843 Mon, 01 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 An Action Research for Developing The Learning Activities by Problem - Based Learning Supplemented with KWDL Technique to Promote Learning Achievement and Mathematical Problem - Solving Ability of Mathayomsuksa 1 Students https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsi/article/view/280802
The objectives of this research were to 1) develop mathematics learning activities on linear equations in one variable using the problem as a base, supplemented with the KWDL technique for Mathayomsuksa 1 students, 2) compare students' achievement in mathematics before and after the intervention, 3) compare students' mathematical problem-solving ability before and after the intervention. Data was collected by in-depth, semi-structured interviews with eight social workers from four regions, chosen by purposive sampling. Results were that 1) the case management process comprised eight stages: problem identification; screening and referral; assessment; service planning; implementation; monitoring and evaluation; review; and case closure. Social workers are essential coordinators with intra- and interorganizational multidisciplinary teams to ensure that help suits each case; 2) four aspects of case management challenges were identified: organizational, due to insufficient personnel, budget, and support systems; multidisciplinary teams, through coordination issues and ambiguous role assignments; service users, from limited familial and entourage cooperation; and case managers, associated with excessive workload, job stress, accumulated pressure, emotional issues, and limited opportunities for continuous skill and knowledge development. These findings suggest that organizational support systems, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and including the promotion of continuous development of skills and knowledge among social workers.
Nichaboon Niltup, ,Assistant Professor Madee Limsakul, Ph.D Copyright (c) 2025 Saeng-Isan Academic Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsi/article/view/282609 Mon, 01 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Effects of Eclectic Group Counseling to Behaviors Drop Drinking Alcohol https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsi/article/view/274373
This experimental study examined the effects of an integrated group counseling program on alcohol cessation behavior, specifically investigating participants’ ability to utilize coping potential in managing alcohol-related problems. The research employed a pre-post experimental design with follow-up assessments to evaluate intervention sustainability. Ten in-patient alcohol rehabilitation participants were selected through purposive sampling. The study utilized two main instruments: (1) an integrated group counseling program based on cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement, and empowerment theory, delivered across seven group sessions; and (2) a validated assessment tool measuring personal information and alcohol cessation behaviors (content validity=.83). Data analysis employed the Friedman Test and descriptive statistics.

Results demonstrated significant improvement in participants coping potential scores from pre-intervention (131.60 points) to post – intervention (153.90 points, p<.05). Three follow-up assessments revealed sustained behavioral changes: 153.40 points (first follow-up), 149.20 points (second follow-up), and 166.10 points (third follow-up). The third follow-up score significantly exceeded both baseline and immediate post-intervention levels(p=.011), indicating progressive improvement over time. These findings suggest that the integrated group counseling approach effectively enhances alcohol cessation behaviors with lasting therapeutic benefits.

Sukonthip Boonta, Associate Professor Wilaiporn Kotbungkair Kotbungkair Copyright (c) 2025 Saeng-Isan Academic Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsi/article/view/274373 Mon, 01 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 System and Mechanism Development of Local Administrative Organizations to Drive the Buddhist Community Waste Management Center Ko Kha Municipality, Ko Kha District, Lampang Province https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsi/article/view/283482
This research has three main objectives: 1) to study the situation, problems, and waste management of Ko Kha Subdistrict Municipality, Lampang Province; 2) to develop a system and mechanism for driving a comprehensive community waste management center; and 3) to propose guidelines for enhancing community participation in driving a comprehensive Buddhist waste management center. This research was qualitative, using in-depth interviews with 30 informants.

The findings revealed that:

Ko Kha Subdistrict Municipality is experiencing physical and management problems. The volume of waste is increasing, particularly non-biodegradable waste such as plastic and construction waste, impacting the environment and community health. The problem lies in the lack of clear guidelines for waste reduction at the source, and the lack of systematic and collaborative management.

Developing a system and mechanism for implementing a comprehensive community waste management center: 1) promoting household waste separation according to the 5Rs principle (Refuse/Reduce/Reuse/Recycle/Repair) to reduce waste at home; 2) establishing a waste bank/Homboon waste and a waste-free community learning center. To instill positive behaviors, and 3) foster collaboration between the public, private, educational, and religious sectors, using the "Borworn" (Home-Temple-School) concept as a foundation for implementation.

Approaches to strengthen community participation in driving integrated Buddhist waste management centers include integrating Buddhist principles, the factors of right view, information receptiveness (Paratoghosa), systematic analytical thinking (yoniso manasikāra), and the Four Bases of Power. Developing driving power through satisfaction, diligence, determination, reflection, right effort, reducing evil (not creating waste) and striving to create good (managing existing waste). Encouraging participation, such as community waste volunteers, using technology as a tool, developing a digital database for knowledge dissemination and monitoring, which facilitates public access and participation. Organizational preparedness development, support systems, and ongoing cooperation mechanisms with various sectors are also being developed.

Panisara Theprak, Sahathaya Wises , Somchan Sripraschayanon , Phramaha Noppadol Meekhamlueang, Siyamol Inthiyod Copyright (c) 2025 Saeng-Isan Academic Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsi/article/view/283482 Mon, 01 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Buddhist Integration to Promote Political Leadership of Local Politicians in Mae Sai Sub-District Administrative Organization Mueang Phayao District Phayao Province https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsi/article/view/283544
This research aims to 1) examine the level of political leadership of local politicians in Mae Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Mueang Phayao District Phayao Province, 2) determine the differences in the political leadership levels of local politicians in Mae Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Mueang Phayao District Phayao Province based on personal factors and 3) to develop integrated Buddhist principles for promoting the political leadership of local politicians in Mae Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Mueang Phayao District Phayao Province.
