<p> The objectives of this qualitative research were as follows: 1) to introduce Catholic Church teachngs to the<br />local government administration of Tha Rae Subdistrict Municipality in Sakon Nakhon Province; and 2) to apply<br />Catholic Church teachings to the administration of the Tha Rae Subdistrict Municipality in the province of<br />Sakon Nakhon. This study analyzed and synthesized data collected from groups of five experts and nine informants. All of the sample groups were selected using<br />techniques of purposive sampling. The research instruments of this study were two focus group discussions. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis.<br /> The results of this study are as follows:<br /> 1. The principle of bringing Catholic Church teachings to support the administration of the local government of Tha Rae Subdistrict Municipality in Sakon Nakhon Province is to promote Catholic Church teachings in the work of the local government of Tha Rae Subdistrict<br />Municipality by administering and governing based on the fundamentals of love, mercy, and faith, which are<br />the core and primary Catholic teachings, thereby concluding the virtues that support the administration. These virtues are essential for the achievement of the common good in accordance with the charism of the Gospel and the teachings of Jesus, including prudence, justice, honesty, love, sharing, patience, courage, and perseverance. Individual faith relationships are viewed as God's invitation to provide each individual with a vocation to respond to a challenge and act with courage, faith, and unity. The application of Catholic Church teachings in this administration is not limited to local government but is rather a way of life. It is the value and achievement of living in this world.<br /> 2. The principle of integrating Catholic Church teachings into the administration of the local government<br />yields the benefits and values of this local government, including prudence, justice, honesty, love, sharing,<br />patience, courage, persistence, faith, and unity. which encourages personnel to have faith in God, particularly<br />in the Virgin Mary, the patron of the municipality, and to love one another, unity and harmony in accordance<br />with Catholic Church teachings. These Catholic Church teachings assist individuals in understanding their duties<br />and responsibilities and how to work and live morally and ethically. They are able to apply the teachings of<br />the Catholic Church as a whole in their institutions and communities and to work with sacrifice in imitation of Jesus. They are able to carry out their responsibilities and lead useful and important lives, serving as a positive example to one another and improving the administration of local government. <p> The purposes of this study were 1) to evaluate the Graduate Diploma Program in Teacher Profession<br />(New Program, 2561 B.E.) of Nakornrachasima College, and 2) to acquire suggestion from the stakeholders on<br />the development of the Program. The study comprised 4 factors : context, input, process and product. To<br />accomplish the objectives, a set of questionnaire was applied for collecting data in December 2564 B.E.,<br />consisted of 86 students,11 fulltime lecturers, 15 lecturers and 67 graduate users, totally 179 respondents.<br /> The results of study were as follows: <br /> 1. The evaluation results of the Graduate Diploma program were: 1) The contexts were at a very high<br />suitable level; objectives and contents of the program were corresponding to all national, college and faculty’s<br />policies and also corresponding to the graduate users’ needs. 2) The input were at a very high suitable level:<br />learner feature, lecturers’ skill and attribute, and educational planning. 3) The process were at a high suitable level: program administration, educational resource management and learning and evaluating. 4) The product were at a very high suitable level ; graduate teacher’s characteristic including learning and teaching skills. <br /> 2. <p> This study was aimed: 1) to evaluate the Master of Arts Degree Programe in Moral Theology updated 2019, Faculty of Divinity of Saengtham College focusing on context, input factors, process and product of the program, and 2) to study needs to improve the program as regarded by stakeholders of this study comprised 51 respondents, including 2 administrators, 10 instructors, 16 students, 19graduates and 6 graduates’ employers. The research instruments was a set of opinionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by percentage (%), mean (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}" />), standard deviation (S.D.) and content analysis.<br /> <strong>The results of the study were as follows : </strong>1) The Evaluation of program as a whote was appropriate at the highest level with less data dispession (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}" /> = 4.57, S.D. = 0.514). <p> The purposes of this descriptive research were aimed to: 1) study of students’ peer-assisted learning<br />management. 2) compare learning achievements before and after learning by applying the peer – assisted learning<br />management, and 3) study students' satisfaction toward peer – assisted learning management. The samples consisted of 20 first year students of vocational certificate program in academic year 2023 at the Banharn-Jamsai Polytechnic College in Suphanburi. <p> The objectives of this study were 1) to develop the virtue using visual tales for the early childhood, and 2) to compare virtual before and after using visual tales<br />for the early childhood. The target group used in the<br />research was 17 children in Kindergarten 1, Semester 1,<br />Academic Year 2023, Ban Tha Kum Child Development<br />Center, Nong Sarai Subdistrict Administration Organization, Don Chedi District, Suphan Buri Province. The research tools are 1) tales to promote virtue for early childhood children. Kindergarten 1 Dream Forest. 2) Observation of moral behavior for early childhood in 8 aspects: honesty, patience compassion for others conscience, duty, perseverance, punctuality and acceptance of the consequences of actions, and 3) Moral assessment for Early Childhood. Statistics used to analyze data include mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis test using t-test. <p> This research aimed to (1) Develop Positive Psychological Capital Model on health village volunteer through empowerment process by community based participatory model (2) Investigate Positive Psychological Capital of health village volunteer after activities participation of enhancement of health village volunteer through empowerment process by community based participatory. Using participatory action research by quality cycle, PAOR totally of 2 rounds in order to develop activities model and to intervene with sample group totally of 30 people. Comparing mean scores of Positive Psychological Capital before and after activities participation via t-Test Dependent, a statistical test. The result found that (1) The model of Positive Psychological Capital on health village volunteer through empowerment process by community based participatory composed of 3 main activities; Experiencing, Empowering, and Sharing. <p> The objectives of this study were to: 1) investigate<br />the importance and value of Eucharistic celebration from<br />the points of view of Catholic youth in the Archdiocese<br />of Thare - Nongseng; and 2) examine guidelines for<br />promoting the faith of Catholic youth through their<br />participation in Eucharistic celebration. Using purposive<br />sampling, twenty (20) Catholic youths from the Archdiocese of Tha Rae - Nong Saeng and eleven (11) experts were selected to collect data. The study employed<br />a semi-structured interview form and a focus group<br />discussion as its research instruments. The obtained data<br />were analyzed using content analysis.<br /> The results of the study are as follows:<br /> 1. The importance and value of Eucharistic celebration as perceived by Catholic youth in the Archdiocese of Thare - Nongseng.<br /> Catholic Youth recognizes the significance and value<br />of Eucharistic celebration in all aspects of the celebration,<br />including the liturgy of the word, which includes listening<br />to God's Word and the priest's homily, and the liturgy<br />of the Eucharist, which includes thanksgiving and receiving communion, as part of spiritual life in order to be united in God. When the youth participate in the Eucharistic celebration, they nourish their own spirituality, receive new ideas, deepen their faith, and receive the sacrament of reconciliation and the many blessing. They will encounter God, be relieved and soothed, and be blessed with the grace of God through their participation in the celebration. In addition, they will be able to apply what they have learned to love and reconcile with others<br />in their daily lives.<br /> 2. Guidelines for promoting the faith of Catholic<br />youth through their participation in the Eucharistic Celebration<br /> 2.1 Parish priests, families, and affiliated organizations should encourage the youth to participate in or play roles in the liturgy.<br /> 2.2 Priests should include everyday situations in their homilies so that the youth can comprehend them and apply them to their own lives.<br /> 2.3 Parish priests and affiliated organizations should provide spaces for the youth to engage in their individual interests.<br /> 2.4 Parish priests and affiliated organizations should organize specific Eucharistic celebrations for the youth.<br /> 2.5 Parish priests and affiliated organizations should emphasize the importance of social media as a means of disseminating news and the Word of God, including sacramental practices for youth. <p> The objectives of this independent study were to: 1) find out the 21st century administrative skills of school administrators according to teachers’ opinions under Don Mueang District Office and, 2) compare the 21st century administrative skills of school administrators classified by gender, age, educational level, and work experience. The population was 408 teachers from 6 schools under Don Mueang District Office. The 196 samples, selected by proportional stratification, were determined from the Krejcie and Morgan table. The research instrument was 5-point rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.883. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA.<br /> The findings showed that: 1) the 21st century administrative skills of school administrators according to teachers’ opinions were overall at a high level, arranged in descending order as follows: digital skills, communication skills, cognitive skills educational and teaching skills, teamwork skills, conceptual skills, technical skills, and human skills, and 2) the comparative results of the 21st century administrative skills of school administrators according to teachers’ opinions revealed that personnel with different ages and educational levels had no difference in opinions towards the 21st century administrative skills of school administrators while teachers with different genders and work experiences had different opinions towards the 21st century administrative skills of school administrators at the statistical significance level of .05.</p>Nattiwa LaluSirirat Thongmeesri

<p><strong> </strong>This research is a qualitative research project with the following objectives: 1) to compare the safeguarding policies and standards of the Catholic Church at the universal and local levels for minors and vulnerable persons, by analyzing and synthesizing related documents, and 2) to seek directions for developing policies and standards of the Thai Catholic Church for the safeguarding of minors and vulnerable persons through the qualitative data collection by interviewing four groups of nineteen participants consisting of members of the clergy, religious and lay adult and youth. Afterwards, the interview results were subsumed into four themes: 1) the boundaries of the safeguarding for minors and vulnerable persons; 2) the security of the information and people involved during the investigation; 3) the procedure to respond to the abuse of minors and vulnerable persons; and 4) the measures to prevent the abuse of minors and vulnerable persons.<br /><strong> The research found that:<br /></strong> The current policies and standards of the Catholic Church at the universal and local levels for the safeguarding of minors and vulnerable persons are mostly consistent with the above four themes. Nevertheless, it should amend some details concerning the provisions on offenses of sexual abuse against minors and vulnerable persons, definition of protected persons, system for receiving a petition, protection of information and petitioners and victims, qualification and offense of the petition receivers and investigators, investigating an allegation, directions for preventing abuse of minors and vulnerable persons, and directions for the pastoral care of victims, offenders, minors and vulnerable persons to be more comprehensive and suitable. In order to enhance the effectiveness of policies and standards of the Thai Catholic Church for the safeguarding of minors and vulnerable persons. The samples of this research were 50 Mathayomsuksa 1 students of Saint Theresa School which were selected<br />by using cluster sampling. The research instruments were<br />Assessment form of the teaching and learning process, Lesson plans of Creativity-Based Learning with MARCO Model – Topic: Karb Phrachaisuriya, Achievement test, Analytical thinking test, Opinion questionnaire of students<br />towards the teaching and learning. The statistics used to<br />analysed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation<br />(S.D.), one sample t-test and dependent sample t-test. The results were found that Thai Literature's learning<br />achievement of Mathayomsuksa 1 students after learning<br />by using Creativity-Based Learning with MARCO Model was higher than the criteria of 70 percent with statistically<br />significant at .05 level. <p> The objective of this research is to study the effects of a group counseling program based on the cognitive-behavioral approach on the self-esteem of students at the non-formal and informal education center in Yala Province, and with a quasi-experimental design. The sample group consisted of students from non-formal and informal education centers with low self-esteem scores (average score 1.00-2.00), a total of 36 individuals. They were divided by using simple randomization via drawing lots to assign into experimental and control groups, with 18 subjects in each group. The research instruments were the self-esteem assessment questionnaire, and a group counseling program based on cognitive-behavior approach, was conducted eight times. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and a t-test. The major findings were as follows: (1) after the experiment, students in the experimental group who participated in the group counseling program based on the cognitive-behavioral approach had significantly higher self-esteem scores than before joining the program, at a statistically significant level of .01; and (2) after the experiment, these students in the experimental group who participated in the group counseling program based on the cognitive-behavioral approach had higher self-esteem scores compared to the control group, and with a statistical significance of .01.</p>Siriluck CharoensukJitra Dudsdeemaytha

The sample group was calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, totaling 304 people. The questionnaire had a confidence value of 0.832. <p> During this decade Thai society has experienced quite a number of various conflicts. These conflicts could be resolved via reconciliation in Paul’s theology through<br />Thai Churches, who have to initiate reconciliation in<br />the society. Reconciliation in Paul’s theology was influenced by Greek and Jewish cultures including Christ’s ministries in the Four Gospels. Reconciliation in Paul’s Theology can be summarized as follows: 1) God is the one who initiated reconciliation to humans, who have betrayed Him by means of Christ, His only Son being crucified to atone for humans’ sins and redeemed us to be reconciled with God. (Rom. 5:10). Reconciliation by means of atonement was derived from Greek and Jewish cultures. However, for the atoner Paul derived the ideology from Jewish culture that the right-side initiates reconciliation. 2) Reconciliation is based on God’s righteousness. 3) Reconciliation is both vertical - God reconciles with humans, and horizontal - humans reconcile with humans. (Eph. 2:5-22) 4) Horizontal reconciliation includes humans reconciling with nature. (Col. 1:19-20) 5) humans who have been reconciled with God should cooperate with Him in initiating reconciliation both vertically and horizontally. (2 Cor. 5:17-21) The following are suggestions for applying reconciliation in Paul’s theology: 1) Churches in Thai society should set a model as an initiator for reconciliation. 2) Thai churches, who have been reconciled by God should reveal the fruits of reconciled lives by living with others in the society with peace and love. 3) Thai churches should not only reconcile vertically - receiving salvation from God or bringing others for salvation but also horizontally - respecting others in the society no matter how different our social statuses are. 4) Thai churches should reconcile with nature so that we can live with it joyfully and peacefully like the Garden of Eden; also to set a model of the new system or God’s Kingdom to come on the Last Days. 5) Thai churches should cooperate with God in the ministry of reconciliation devotedly and wholeheartedly until the Second Coming.</p>Manit Maniwong
