The sample was 24 students using simple random sampling from the faculty of Industrial Technology, Thepsatri Rajabhat University of the first semester, academic year 2021. The instruments used in this research were the SQ4R technique learning activity plans, learning activity plan with normal teaching, the learning achievement test, and the students’ satisfaction with learning management questionnaire. The statistical devices were mean, standard deviation, and t-test.</p> <p>    The results were as follow: 1. The five SQ4R technique learning activity plans with the title “Reading for Industrial Contexts” of IN 5100303 English for Industrial Work course were developed. 2. The learning on students’ achievement after using SQ4R technique was higher than before using SQ4R technique with statistically significant differences at .05 level. 3. The learning on students’ achievement using SQ4R technique was higher than using normal teaching with statistically significant differences at .05 level. And 4.
