A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing documentary analysis and in-depth interviews with four groups of key informants: 1. municipal administrators, 2. personnel responsible for wastewater treatment systems, 3. representatives of the public sector, and 4. local academics. The research instrument included semi-structured interviews and content analysis was employed for data analysis.

The findings revealed that wastewater in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya City Municipality primarily originates from households, commercial buildings, markets, restaurants, and hotels, many of which lack proper treatment in accordance with standards. The municipality currently employs a combined sewer system that conveys wastewater to centralized treatment ponds, utilizing an oxidation ditch (OD) process. Key challenges in wastewater management include engineering limitations of the treatment system, urban planning constraints, legal issues, budget limitations, and insufficient participation from both the public and government sectors. The study proposes that effective wastewater management should focus on improving administrative management, enhancing participation from both public and governmental sectors, and developing integrated innovations to support sustainable wastewater management.
2026-04-24T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Thepsatri Rajabhat University https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/truhusocjo/article/view/281545 Collaborative Governance of Kabok Tia Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Kabok Tia Community Tourism Development of Noen Kham District, Chainat 2025-07-20T10:34:46+07:00 Wilasinee Choothong wikasaa@gmail.com
This quantitative study aimed to examine the factors of collaborative governance within the Kabok Tia Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) that influence community tourism development in Kabok Tia, Noen Kham District, Chainat Province. A qualitative research methodology was employed at a university in the upper northern region of Thailand. Ten key informants—students, lecturers, and mental health service providers—were selected through purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and semi-structured focus group discussions. The data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis and credibility was established using the method of triangulation.

The findings revealed that the understanding of mental health among stakeholders reflects the view that mental health consists of elements related to an individual's thoughts, perspectives, and emotions. These elements influence behavior, decision-making, and interpersonal relationships. Good mental health leads to happiness and a positive outlook, while poor mental health may cause individuals to perceive everything negatively. Common mental health issues among students included stress, depression, and feelings of worthlessness, which were influenced by various factors such as family issues, financial burdens, adjustment difficulties, and social pressure. Observable symptoms included social withdrawal, insomnia, loss of appetite, and absenteeism. The needs for mental health problem prevention include the need for someone to listen and the need for initial support in screening and monitoring mental health issues. Effective preventive measures should focus on establishing surveillance systems, building a support network, enhancing the capacity of counseling centers, promoting positive relationships between lecturers and students, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment. Additionally, encouraging social activities, physical exercise, and the use of mental health screening tools for early detection and referral were recommended. Collaboration among all sectors within the educational institution is essential for the sustainable prevention and management of mental health problems.
2026-04-24T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Thepsatri Rajabhat University https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/truhusocjo/article/view/279327 Learning Management Based on Situated Learning Theory to Enhance Geographic Capabilities of Upper Secondary Students 2025-04-08T09:48:21+07:00 Chontida Doungngamying adithnoch@gmail.com Ubonwan Songsern ubonwan.su@gmail.com
This research is an experimental study using a single sample group design. The statistical methods employed included mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test analysis.

The research results were as follows: 1. the developed lesson plans, based on the flipped classroom technique, comprised 15 learning activity plans, which were evaluated by experts and received an average rating at the highest level ( = 4.81, S.D. = 0.25); 2. a comparison of students’ learning achievement before and after the intervention indicated that students who engaged in the flipped classroom approach demonstrated significantly higher post-learning achievement scores ( = 21.55, S.D. = 0.67) compared to their pre-learning scores ( = 14.50, S.D. = 0.45) at a significance level of 0.05; and 3. students’ satisfaction with the flipped classroom approach was reported at a high level ( = 4.30, S.D. = 0.45).
2026-04-24T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Thepsatri Rajabhat University https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/truhusocjo/article/view/284523 The Decorative Language of 18th-Century Famille Rose Export Porcelain and Its Application in Ceramic Cultural Creative Product Design 2026-01-05T10:22:12+07:00 Wei Jing somax@126.com Sakesan Tanyapirom sakesan@go.buu.ac.th Poradee Panthupakorn poradee@buu.ac.th
This study investigates the decorative language of 18th-century Famille Rose export porcelain and its application in ceramic cultural and creative product design. The research reveals the chromatic, structural, and semantic characteristics of Famille Rose decoration and develops a systematic framework for modern design. A mixed-method approach combining digital color analysis, Modular Theory, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to thirty samples from the Jingdezhen and Guangzhou museums, with expert questionnaires used to determine the relative importance of design factors.

The results show that the Famille Rose color system features white as the base, pink as the dominant tone, green as the complement, and gold as the accent. Its decorative structure demonstrates a clear modular logic, while the AHP analysis identifies “Cultural Theme” as the most influential factor, emphasizing the central role of cultural expression in design. Based on these findings, the study proposes design strategies that integrate traditional decorative vocabulary with contemporary aesthetics, providing a practical and applicable framework for cultural innovation and sustainable ceramic design.
2026-04-24T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Thepsatri Rajabhat University https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/truhusocjo/article/view/286633 Knowledge Management on Good Governance to Enhance Transparency in Pho Kao Ton Sub - District Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Lop Buri Province 2026-04-07T11:54:36+07:00 Wasita Kerdphol Prasopsak wasita.k@lawasri.tru.ac.th
This research aimed to: 1. examine the operational conditions based on good governance principles, and 2. synthesize and evaluate the appropriateness of a knowledge management model for transparent governance of the Pho Kao Ton Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Lopburi Province. A mixed-methods research design was employed, comprising a quantitative study of the entire population of 65 personnel working at the Pho Kao Ton Subdistrict Administrative Organization, and a qualitative study, which data collected from 15 key informants, including executives, organizational personnel, and residents within the organization's area of responsibility. Data collection instruments consisted of a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview guide. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, population mean, population standard deviation, and content analysis.

The research findings revealed that: 1. the overall operational performance based on good governance principles among personnel was at a high level. Considering by dimension, the principle of accountability yielded the highest mean score at a high level, followed by the principle of participation, while the principle of value for money recorded the lowest mean score, though still at a high level, due to constraints imposed by centralized budget disbursement regulations; 2. The transparent governance knowledge management model (PPT KM Model) consists of six causal sequential steps as follows: Step 1 Knowledge Exploration; Step 2 Objective Setting; Step 3 Alignment; Step 4 Coordination; Step 5 Collaboration; and Step 6 Knowledge Exchange. These six steps facilitate the conversion of tacit knowledge held by practitioners into explicit operational guidelines, through the integration of participatory mechanisms and technological media. As a result, the organization was able to reduce bureaucratic constraints, expand accountability channels, and tangibly enhance the transparency image of the Pho Kao Ton Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
2026-04-24T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Thepsatri Rajabhat University
