THE INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATION OF PRIVATE NON-FORMAL EDUCATION SCHOOLS IN SAMUT SAKHON PROVINCE

The objectives of this study were (1) quality assurance in informal schools and (2) comparison of quality assurance activities within non-formal schools, gender, age, education , workplace and school groups. The samples are 92 personnels. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The research found implementation of quality assurance in informal schools. The overall is at the highest level. The most average subject in the class is the teacher who has the knowledge and ability to teach and behave appropriately to the teacher. The lowest average practice is to have a good school philosophy and goals and to use them as a guideline for school operations and the services and welfare provided to the students thoroughly and sufficient. When comparing the differences between quality assurance practices in non-formal private schools Samut Sakhon with gender, age, job placement, the school administrators and teachers had different behaviors at the 0.05 level of significance.
