A MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS STRATEGIES FOR NEW ENTREPRENEUR

The research objectives were to study basic potential of entrepreneurs in responsibility of the enterprise incubator, Phranakhon Rajabhat University and to present the business strategy model for new entrepreneurs. The qualitative research and participatory action were employed in this research. The research results can be concluded that: Entrepreneurs who are responsible for the enterprise incubator, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, the basic condition of the entrepreneurs needs business development because they are small businesses. They operate their businesses by themselves. They lack of good business strategy models to compete with other businesses.
A model development of business strategies for new of entrepreneurs, new entrepreneurs need to speed up competition with other businesses. The word of “SPEED” is a business strategy which can be divided into 5 sub-topics including 1) S : Social Network : Creating Social Networking 2) P: Perception : Creating Perception for the product 3) E: Extra : To make more than to think 4) E: Excitement : Creating a product excitement and 5) D: Design : Creating a product excitement
