The market is a gathering place to buy and sell goods regularly or temporarily. Location of the market can be one or more locations, often located near the community center for meetings and purchasing goods in the community. When there are many people gathered together, the market is a source of pollution. If there is no sound control system, it may lead to adverse consequences such as environmental troubles, noise pollution, etc. Thus, this article presents the roles and measures of local administrative organizations in providing and controlling the market to improve the quality of life of the people.
The Analysis found that the market location must be at least 100 meters away from polluting sources, waste, waste disposal sites that may harm the public. Market establishment in the municipality and sub-district administrative organization area requires permission from the mayor and location establishment, regulations on buildings, and schedule the opening and closing time. The local officer will issue an order for approval or not. An application for renewal of the license must be submitted before the original license expires with a fee. However, if entrepreneurs do not comply, they will be punished. These are to establish the minimum standard as a guideline for developing the quality of life of the people.
