Abstract

This research aimed to develop a public relation song in order to build up confidence for New Normal communities during Covid-19 pandemic and study people’s satisfaction on the song. Quantitative Methodology was utilized with 472 respondents, selected with stratified and convenient sampling method.The tool used was the questionnaires asking about a song called “Plian” (Change). Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. Results: 1) After the need survey from local communities for the public relation media in Nonthaburi province, the researchers have created the song “Plian” and the music VDO with the content motivating the public to have more confidence in traveling to Nonthaburi province. 2) Over two-third of the respondents (71.2%) were female; around two-fifth (37.9%) were over 60 years old. Around one-third (35%) worked in local business or owned a small business.  The satisfaction survey towards the song “Plian” was found at high level ( = 3.68)
