The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the guidelines for the development of notification and public relations systems for personnel work via LINE application of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, 2) develop notification and public relations systems for personnel work via LINE application, and 3) evaluate the satisfaction towards notification and public relations systems for personnel work via LINE application. The results revealed that the notification and public relations systems for personnel work via LINE application could respond well to the personnel needs with the overall staff’s satisfaction towards the system at the highest level.
