TECHNOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SAMUT PRAKANSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

This research article aims to study the technological leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Samut Prakan and to compare the technological leadership of these administrators based on education levels, school sizes, and positions. The sample used in the research was teachers who practiced teaching in educational institutions affiliated to the Samut Prakan Secondary Education Area Office. From the launch of Cohen's ready-made program, a sample size of 333 teachers. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Index of Item Objective Congruence was between 0.60-1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.98. Statistical analyses included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA. If significant differences were found at the .05 level, pairwise comparisons of means were made using Scheffé’s post hoc comparison method.
Findings are as follows. The overall technological leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office in Samut Prakan was rated as high. The Comparison of teachers' opinions on the technological leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area of Samut Prakan, classified by educational level and size of the school. When comparing all pairs, no differences were found. Academic positions were found to be significantly different overall and in each area at a statistical level of 05
