ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ซึ่งจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา วิทยฐานะ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ความรับผิดชอบ ความยุติธรรม ความไว้วางใจ ความเคารพ ตามลำดับ ครูมีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ครูมีวิทยฐานะต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
