The objectives of this research were to study and compare the teachers’ opinions on the ethical leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 2 it by educational qualification, academic rank, and work experience. Research results overall, teachers' perspectives on the ethical leadership of school administrators are at the highest level honesty, responsibility, justice, trust, respect, respectively. There is a similar opinion among teachers with different educational qualifications on the ethical leadership of school administrators overall and in all aspects were not significantly different. Teachers with different academic rank levels have similar opinions for both general and factors on the ethical leadership of school administrators. overall and in all aspects at the .05 significance. Teachers with different work experiences have no different opinions for both general and factors on the ethical leadership of school administrators
