รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษา รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) สร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะ กรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบ การพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อ พิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเกี่ยวกับระดับของการพัฒนา คุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเรียงตาม ลำดับดังนี้ การพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้านจรรยา บรรณทางวิชาชีพ การพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ด้านมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ และการพัฒนาด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม

2. ผลการศึกษาการสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนา คุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีองค์ ประกอบหลัก 4 องค์ประกอบ และองค์ประกอบย่อย 10 องค์ประกอบ

3. ระดับความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการ พัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยภาพรวมพบว่า ระดับความเหมาะสมของโดยภาพ รวมความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงาน คณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับความเหมาะสม ของรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 ด้านเรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการปรับประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบ ด้านองค์ประกอบ ของรูปแบบ ด้านความเหมาะสมของร่างรูปแบบการ พัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม
