บุพปัจจัยและผลลัพธ์ของนวัตกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรภาคเอกชนกลุ่มบริษัทในเขตอุตสาหกรรมนวนคร จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และเส้นทางอิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่มีต่อผลลัพธ์ของนวัตกรรมการมีส่วนร่วม และเพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรภาคเอกชน กลุ่มบริษัท ในเขตอุตสำหกรรมนวนคร จังหวัดปทุมธานี ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 459 คน และเชิงคุณภาพโดยวิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงกับกลุ่มผู้บริหารระดับสูงขององค์กร จำนวน 15 คน ใช้เครื่องมือแบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึการสัมภาษณ์ และการใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองสมกำรโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Model: SEM)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ำ ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลและมีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม คือ ปัจจัยนำเข้าประกอบด้วยด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านงบประมาณ ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการประกอบด้วย ด้านการวางแผน การดำเนินการ และการประเมินผล ปัจจัยด้านผลลัพธ์ขององค์กรประกอบด้วยการร่วมแก้ปัญหา การพัฒนาอย่ำงยั่งยืน และประสิทธิภาพในการตอบสนองความต้องการของสังคม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และพบว่าปัจจัยทั้ง 3 มีความสัมพันธ์และมีอิทธิพลต่อความร่วมมือ จึงนำข้อค้นพบมาพัฒนาเป็นนวัตกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม

research aimed to study the relationand path of factors affecting the innovation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and to develop CSR model for the private sector in Navanakhon Industrial Area, Pathumthani Province. The study followed the quantitative and qualitative methods. As for the qualitative method, the data were collected from a sample of 459 people. As for the qualitative method, the data were collected from a group of 15 executives selected through a purposive sampling, by means of an administration of a questionnaire, interview method, and Structural Equation Model (SEM).
The findings revealed as follows:Three factors namely input, process, and output directly affected and related to CSR at a .05 level of significance. The input concerned human resource, administrators’ leadership, administrating, and budgeting. The process was comprised of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The output consisted of problem solving involvement, sustainable development, and meeting social need. This finding paved the way for development of SCR model innovation.
