รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งทะเลอันดามัน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งทะเลอันดามันที่ประกอบด้วยยสมรรถนะที่สำคัญอะไรบ้างและสมรรถนะที่ดำเนินการมากที่สุดเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากครูที่สอนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 480 คน และวเิ คราะห์โมเดลเชิงสาเหตให้สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่าองค์ประกอบที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสมรรถนะครูประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 4 องค์ประกอบ พบว่าค่านำหน้ากับของแต่ละองค์ประกอบมค่าระหว่าง 1.27-1.61 สามารถจำแนกได้ดังนี้ คือองค์ประกอบที่ 1 ปัจจัยด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง คำนำหน้ากับองค์ประกอบ 1.55 องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ปัจจัยด้านความเป็นครู ค่านำหน้ากับองค์ประกอบ 1.61 องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ปัจจัยด้านจิตลักษณะคำนำหน้ากับองค์ประกอบ1.27 และองค์ประกอบที่ 4 ปัจจัย ด้านบุคคล คำนำหน้ากับองค์ประกอบ 1.45 และผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าโมเดลปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครู พบว่าโมเดลมีควาาสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ซึ่งพิจารณาได้จากค่าไค-สแคว์ร มีค่าเท่ากับ 27.83;p=0.27763 ที่องศาอิสระเท่ากับ 24 และดัชนีระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.94 ดัชนีระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.97 ดัชนี วัดระดับความสอดคล้องเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 1.00 ค่าดัชนีรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่า (RMSEA) มีความเท่ากับ 0.013 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพัฒนากรณ์ตัวแปรตาม คือสมรรถนะด้านตนเองมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.88 แสดงว่าตัวแปรในโมเดลสามารถอธิบาย ความแปรปรวนของตัวแปรสมรรถนะครูได้ร้อยละ 88
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the causal factors of the primary teachers’ competencies under the jurisdiction of the offices of basic education Andaman provincial coast. 2 ) todevelop a model elementary teacher performance of the primary teachers’ competencies under the jurisdiction of the offices of basic education Andaman provincial coast., and 3) to implement a model for the primary teachers’ competencies under the jurisdiction of the offices of basic education Andaman provincial coast. Phase 1: samples used in this study were the teacher who taught in 1st semester of academic year 2013 under the jurisdiction of the offices of basic education Andaman provincial coast. The 480 was drawn from a random multistage (Multi - Stage Random Sampling) tool used in the research consisted of interviews and surveys, a scale level 5 storage using Booklet Matrix Sampling, statistical analysis are used to determine the sentiment. (Reliability) of the query using a coefficient alpha (- Coefficient) using the formula of Cronbach and analyze the composition of the exploratory (Exploratory Factor Analysis: EFA) by using LISREL Version 9.1. Serial / SSI No. 47C7-3520-A09F-DA38. Construct validity of  the exploration elements with the index line follows the Chi - Square: 2 = 50.77, degrees of freedom : df = 34, p-value = 0.03219, RMSEA = 0.032, GFI = 0.94. , AGFI = 0.97, CFI = 1.00, RMR = 0.20, and CN = 725.43.
