Abstract

The primary objective of this research to develop Research Management System of Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PNRU) toward Excellence University for Community Development. Data and insightful information were drawn from, the series of workshops and training courses during 2016-2017. The variety of learning intervention programs, study visit, strategic planning, plans implementation, monitoring and supporting as well lesson learned summarization, have been integrated for building up Research Management Capability of PNRU. The outcomes are new research strategy, emerging of Research Management Unit (RMU), Community Based Research, improved regulation, and action plan for improving the whole of research eco-system, as well indicator for assessing successful. The whole change of research management system of Phranakhon Rajbhat University continues to implement to meet the dynamic goal of Excellence University for Community Development. The concept and process can be applied to other Rajabhat University also.
