A RESPONSIBILITY MORAL DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM FOR CENTRAL REGION VOCATIONAL STUDENTS: A CASE STUDY OF KEOWALIN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TECHNOLOGICAL COLLEGE

The objectives of this aresults are (1) to develop a moral and ethical responsibility system, (2) to assess the need for a moral and ethical development system. Responsibility (3) To suggest and develop a conceptual framework concerning the moral and ethical development system. Responsibility For Vocational Education Students in the Central Region: A Case Study of Kewalin Business Administration Technological College
Research is research and development. The population used in the research were vocational students in the central region. Academic year 2021 - 2022. The sample used in the research were students from Kewalin College of Business Administration Technology. The vocational certificate level, 1st - 3rd year and the 1st - 2nd year diploma level, 5 rooms in total, 82 people were obtained by selecting a purposive sampling. The tools used in the research were: It is an open-ended questionnaire. to use the development of moral and ethical systems of responsibility For vocational students in the central region: a case study of Kewalin College of Business Administration Technology, divided into 5 sections, 27 questions.
The results of the study were as follows:
- 1. A study of opinions on the moral and ethical development system in terms of responsibility For vocational students in the central region: a case study of Kewalin Business Administration Technological College. Overall, it was found that moral and ethical development in terms of self-responsibility Family Responsibility Social Responsibility at a high level when considering side by side Students are diligent and study hard. Students know the duties and responsibilities of the family. and students behave according to the law rules and regulations of society at the highest level.
- 2. A study of the need for the moral and ethical development system Responsibility For Vocational Education Students in the Central Region: A Case Study of Kewalin Business Administration Technological College. Overall, it was found that it was at a high level. Students try to complete their assigned tasks until they achieve their goals. Ready to help when others request or see that help is needed. Students have self-confidence that they are responsible people. at the highest level.
- 3. A study of opinions towards the organization of moral and ethical development system activities related to responsibility along with teaching and learning. For Vocational Education Students in the Central Region: A Case Study of Kewalin Business Administration Technological College. Overall, it was found that it was at a high level. Students try to complete their assigned tasks until they achieve their goals. Ready to help when others request or see that help is needed. Students have self-confidence that they are responsible people. at the highest level Overall, it was found that it was at a high level. by developing morals, ethics, and responsibility along with teaching and learning Teachers praised students for their good conduct. Responsible for assigned tasks Teachers take care and always instill in students morals and ethics of responsibility. at the highest level As for the organization of educational activities organized for the development of morals and ethics in terms of responsibility. Educational institutions use rewards to motivate students to be interested in activities and to follow rules rather than punishment. Educational institutes allow students to participate in proposing activities to develop morality and ethics in terms of responsibility. at the highest level.
