Motivation is very important in work. Because it is a tool that helps stimulate people to be enthusiastic. Push or motivate people to show their roles and abilities to their fullest potential. Work with full heart, willingness, dedication and effort to make the work that comes out of higher quality. Which creates creative power to work in the desired direction. Therefore, executives at all levels must act to motivate subordinates to use their potential in working to develop the organization. and have an understanding of their own and others' motivations Know how to meet the needs of yourself and others. and become a person who knows other people's hearts well This will lead to the creation of incentives for good work performance so that the organization can achieve its set goals efficiently. The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current conditions and expected conditions of using Herzberg and Seiderman theories to create motivation for the performance of teachers at Bang Lamung Kindergarten School; Under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 2) To create guidelines for using Hersburgh and Seiderman theories to create motivation for the performance of teachers at Bang Lamung Kindergarten School. Under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 3) To confirm the guidelines for creating guidelines for using Hersburgh and Seiderman theories to create motivation for the performance of Bang Lamung Kindergarten School teachers. Under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, the population includes teachers at Bang Lamung Kindergarten School. The research tools included questionnaires, interviews, and assessment forms. Statistics used to analyze data include frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and PNImodified analysis.
The results of the research found that 1) The current situation of using Herzberg and Seiderman theories to create motivation for the work of teachers at Bang Lamung Kindergarten School. Under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, the overall level was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a moderate level Arrange the average scores from highest to lowest, including advancement in position. (Advancement) Responsibility (Responsibility) for the success of the work (Achievement) in the nature of work (Recognition) and acceptance (Work Itself), conditions expected using Hersburgh and Sideman theories. To create motivation for the work of teachers at Bang Lamung Kindergarten School. Under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, the overall level is at the highest level. When considering each area, it was found that it was at the highest level in all 5 areas, arranged in order of average scores from highest to lowest, including advancement in job positions. (Advancement) Responsibility (Responsibility) for the nature of the work (Recognition) on the success of the work (Achievement) and Respect (Work Itself) 2) Needs and necessity of using Herzberg and Seiderman theories to create motivation in the work of teachers at Bang Lamung Kindergarten School. Under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that the order of needs in creating motivation for work performance according to the Hersberg and Seiderman theories, had teachers sort the needs from highest to highest. You can find a few of them as follows: No. (1) in terms of acceptance and respect (Work Itself). No. (2) in the nature of work. (Recognition) No. (3) work success (Achievement) and responsibility (Responsibility) No. (5) Advancement in position (Advancement) 3) Guidelines for using Herzberg and Seiderman theories to create motivation for teachers at Bang Lamung Kindergarten School. Under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, it consists of 5 areas, 27 consisting of (1) work success aspects (Achievement) 7 approaches (2) Respect and respect (Work Itself) 5 approaches (3) Nature of work (Recognition) 5 approaches (4) Responsibility (Responsibility) 5 guidelines (5) advancement in position (Advancement) 5 approaches 4) Guidelines for using Herzberg and Seiderman theories to create motivation for teachers at Bang Lamung Kindergarten School.
