Guidelines for Academic Administration Based on the concept of Creative Learning to Strengthen the Innovators of Students in Educational Institutions under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office.

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study; 1] Creative learning level to enhance students' innovators of the school under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office.  2] Needs of academic administration according to the concept of creative learning to enhance students' innovators. of the school under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office.  3] Presenting guidelines for academic administration based on the concept of creative learning to enhance students' innovators of the school under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office.

               This research is quantitative and the sample group was 264 school administrators and teachers under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, academic year 2022. The research tool was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and primary needs index analysis.

          The result showed; 1] Creative learning level to enhance students' innovators of the school under the Suphanburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office are overall at a high level ( = 4.14), when considering each aspect, it was found that learning through creative activities has the highest average It is at a high level ( = 4.16), followed by giving love, kindness, and care to students (= 4.14) and coaching teachers to make students learn (= 4.11 ). 2] The needs for academic administration according to the concept of creative learning to strengthen the innovators of students as a whole.       There are a total of 5 aspects when sorted by PNI_modified > 0.20 as follows; 1. Organizing the learning environment, PNI_modified = .262 2. Measurement and evaluation, PNI_modified = .234 3. Teaching and learning management, PNI_modified = .228 4. Curriculum planning management, PNI_modified = .165 5. Knowledge source management, PNI_modified = .133. 3] Guidelines for academic administration based on the concept of creative learning to enhance students' innovators include: (1) Management guidelines for organizing the learning environment can be carried out by organizing both physical and environmental environments, mental and social aspects, and improving the learning process to be efficient and consistent with the identity of the community and society. (2) Management guidelines for measurement and evaluation by creating a process for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information regarding students' knowledge, abilities, skills, and various characteristics in both quantitative and quantitative ways. and/or qualitative (3) Management guidelines for teaching and learning focusing on active learning, it is a teaching and learning process that emphasizes having students participate and interact with learning activities through various forms of practice such as analysis, synthesis, brainstorming, and exchanging opinions. and doing case studies.
