Academic administration towards excellence with the principles of the four virtues

Abstract

This article aims to propose guidelines for academic administration towards excellence using the fourfold virtues principle (Wutdhitham 4). By studying concepts and theories of scholars and applying the Wutdhitham 4 principle, it was found that academic administration towards excellence is a management approach focused on the quality of education management that requires continuous improvement and development to enhance the capabilities of teachers in educational institutions in managing teaching and learning. It also enables them to thrive amidst constantly changing environments and factors. This encompasses various components, including teacher development, strategic planning, a focus on producing quality students, enabling learners to think analytically, developing teaching and learning management, emphasizing learners to be thoughtful and creative, and creating a learning-conducive environment by integrating the Wutdhitham 4 principle.
